Petri Pools performed at my highest expectations from the initial quote through completion of the pool remodel. I received quotes from three other companies and decided to go with Petri Pools based on Justin's professionalism and his price being in the middle of the bids. Justin kept me informed through the entire process. Completely satisfied.

Wow! What a truly wonderful experience!! After getting three different quotes for a pool resurface and small remodel, we chose Petri Pool to do the work. I must be honest and say that we originally chose them not because the pricing for all the work was lower (They were all about the same) but because Petri could start the process much faster than the other two. I can honestly say that this time we made the RIGHT decision! When we put the pool in 17 years ago, the process was just a nightmare with delays and other promises not being kept. We knew that we had to properly maintain the pool and start this remodel process, but we were truly dreading it! Justin Petri came out to do the free quote and we never dealt with any one else! He was honest, dependable and a man of his word! No delays, No excuses! Pool was completely finished in 10 days! We are thrilled with the results and Petri Pools! My pool was built in 1989, so it was time for a major facelift. I got quotes from 5 recommended pool companies, but I choose Petri Pools to do the work. From a cost perspective, they were in the middle, however the quote they provided was the most detailed and thorough. The project was for new coping, tile, plaster, and a new filter system to be installed. Justin Petri gave me options on everything. The work was scheduled to be done end of May, during all the rain storms in the Dallas area. Justin worked with me to get the project done on time by having his teams work on the weekends, including Memorial Day weekend, as it was dry. They paid attention to all the details, cleaning up after each days work. Justin was in contact with me every morning, letting me know exactly what was going to happen that day, and who was coming to do it. I am very happy with the results of their work, and would recommend Petri Pools to anyone for any pool service.

We had a great experience with Petri Pools on our renovation project. Justin, the owner, kept in frequent contact throughout the process and he always answered my questions right away. He also came out a couple of times to inspect the work himself, which I appreciate. The new tile and plaster look beautiful, and I would highly recommend this company.

As a retired U.S. Army Colonel, I set very high standards for myself and those I choose to do business with. If Justin was one of my Soldiers, I would give him the highest rating available on his efficiency report and put him in for a medal.



They just don't come any better than Justin and the folks he contracts to do pool replasters. I could go on and on, but trust me, Justin nails all the big customer service check points that customers look for:

Justin came over within a couple days, looked at our pool and scope of work and had us an estimate back just a few hours after he looked at it. He also answered our follow up questions about resurfacing options and offered to meet us at his business on Sunday morning so we could look at different finishes. We penciled in a date that Sunday, firmed options up over the next week as we thought about it and looked forward to our rejuvenated pool.

A few weeks later his team was able to get our project started and completed within a just a couple of days, even with all of the rain and juggling the schedule a bit due to a contractor on a separate project we had going. All is done now and to say are happy with the pool would be an understatement; we are delighted with the color and the results. When the time comes along to eventually replace the tiling and coping, Petri Pools will be the first place we call. Two big thumbs-up!!

From beginning to end, we were extremely happy with Petri Pools!

Justin was on site quickly and had a quote to us within 24 hours. He was helpful in choosing the right coping for our wants/needs and made suggestions (which we ultimately went with) for removal and building up of the spa wall to replace the original glass block. He was not pushy but rather listened to our thoughts and concerns and made recommendations.

Justin went out of his way to meet with us on choosing colors and material when we had business trips to work around.



Rain plagued our job, but that didn't stop the Petri Pools' crew! They worked around the rain to get the job done and minimal time was lost. Communication was effective and efficient during these times between myself and Preston (foreman). Work crews were neat and kept our yard looking good throughout the job!



I would definitely recommend Petri Pools and have recommended them to a few people already!

Justin and his team did a great job bringing our pool back to life, he was very prompt in all communications and kept us up to date as the project progressed. We used Petri Pools for our recent pool repair and remodel and could not be happier. Our pool was having some plumbing, pump, and electrical issues. Justin, the owner, came out to give us his estimate and was extremely informative and gave very reasonable suggestions. He referred us to other great companies for anything we required outside of their current expertise, such as the need for foundation repair piers under our pool.

Justin and his team were professional and efficient, even coming out on the weekend to stay on schedule after a rain delay. Justin and his team kept great communication throughout the entire process. The professionalism of Petri Pools is top notch. Our pool is now beautiful, and running much more efficiently than it ever did before.

We chose Petri Pools LLC to renovate our pool/spa because Justin, the President, was very knowledgeable of pool equipment, all of his reviews were positive, and Petri Pools was ranked highly as Best of Denton County, Texas. Justin freely shared his ideas of what would we needed to do to bring our pool/spa up to date and look nice. We wanted the end result to be different than anything we had seen. The process went smoothly. Justin was responsive to our questions and concerns throughout the entire process. We now have the pool/spa we wanted. It looks gorgeous and very original. We would highly recommend Petri Pools to our friends and neighbors.

We recently had our pool remodeled by Petri Pools and could not be happier with the finished product. I met with several different pool remodeling companies and chose to go with Petri Pools because they had an excellent reputation and I liked Justin's professionalism. We did a complete pool makeover that included new tile, plaster and coping. Everything went as scheduled and Justin would send me an email every morning letting me know who would be coming and what they would be working on. His crew worked very hard and diligently. They arrived in the morning and left in the evening and I didn't even see them take a break! We also had our heater and pump replaced and Mike his electrician is also a great guy. Mike is very friendly and responsive. Don't hesitate to use Petri Pools for your remodel. You will not be disappointed!

We use Petri for our weekly pool service, but as of yet, had not needed them for any equipment repairs.

Over the past several months, we have dealt with a temperamental spa heater that would sometimes work – sometimes not – then at last gave out. We finally missed it enough to call the office and request a service call.

Mike Rakes, the Service Manager, came out and diagnosed our old, out of production heater.

With constant and thorough communication, Mike explained what had gone wrong, what he suggested as a course of action, and offered us several options. After we had made our decision to stay with our older unit, he rounded up the replacement parts in a few days, despite the fact the heater is no longer around.

He came back out, put it all together, and checked it all to be sure it ran like the day it was installed.

We had forgotten how nice it was to come home with the option of a nice, hot spa !

Petri pools has been servicing my pool since we moved here in June of 2014 and I have always been satisfied. Back in July of this year we had a bad storm and our gas grill fell into the pool along with all the grease and soot that had accumulated over the years. I emailed Petri Pools and they were out the next day to clean up the mess. However, despite many attempts made by the Petri pool guys, the water color never came back to the blue color it once was. My pool is gunite and the plaster had started to chip away in places so with that added to the weird greenish blue water color, I decided it was time for a pool renovation. Justin, the owner, came out to my home, measured and gave many options to consider. That afternoon he had an estimate emailed and included links where I could start looking at pool tiles and coping. I told him I needed to see tiles in person so we met at the Petri Pool office and looked at samples together and he even showed me some finished project examples on his computer. He also let me take some pool tile samples home to better visualize how it would look. After a few days I made my selections and emailed him by top three. He gave me quotes on all three and from there I finalized my choices and the job started the next week. Justin emailed me every morning to let me know who would be there and what they were going to do. Justin also came on site a couple of times to check on progress. Overall I am very pleased not only with the pool service, but with the pool renovation process from beginning to end! I would definitely recommend Petri Pools for weekly pool service and most definitely for pool renovation.

Recently, my family and i moved to Dallas. We purchased a home that the team @ Petri Pools had been maintaining for quite a few years. i had called them to introduce myself and start a conversation. The entire team at Petri Pools was nothing less then welcoming and made me want to continue with there business at our new home. Rita and Paul, i have dealt with personally and Paul has rushed over a few times to fix a blown hose (thanks again) and on a Saturday morning to look pump seal. the entire staff that helps maintain our pool is always there and on time (even when i have even lock them out….)they still make time to come over a clean the pool. i really couldn’t thank them enough and i Highly recommend them. thank again Team Petri Pools!

Petri pools has been a life saver! After having two bad experiences with other pool companies, I was extremely cautious of hiring another pool company to help me maintain our pool. They have been extremely courteous whenever I have called with a question or concern. Our tech, Damon has been absolutely wonderful. He is thorough every week with his cleaning and has been very helpful explaining to us what we can do to maintain the performance and longevity of our pool. Thank you Petri pools and Damon!

As first-time homebuyers and pool owners, my husband and I didn't know the first thing about pool cleaning and maintenance. We luckily found Petri Pools, and they came to our rescue! The previous homeowners neglected the pool, and it was in pretty rough shape. Petri Pools brought our pool back to life and it's been a fantastic experience ever since. Just a couple weeks ago, one of the pipes behind our waterfall began to leak profusely. We are using Petri for weekly maintenance as well as repairs. Mike, who manages the electrical/mechanical side of things, has repaired and updated our system. He truly took his time explaining how things work to both me and my husband. He knows his stuff and is so helpful to those of us who don't!



When we had an issue with another pool company that resurfaced our pool (we learned our lesson the hard way and regret not using Petri for this as well), Justin made sure that our pool was up and running in time for our daughter's pool party.
