The gentleman that I personally dealt with was very helpful and very responsive and always kept me informed on updates. I picked up my repaired vehicle today and it's looks as good as new. I will definitely recommend anyone needed this type of repair to use Classic Collision.

I had gotten into a pretty bad...

I had gotten into a pretty bad accident with one of my vehicles and needed major body work done on my vehicle. Someone recommended Classic Collision to me and I am so happy I listened. I had my car dropped off there and had it back in a little over a week and the accident caused alot of damage. They contacted me kept me updated on the status of my car. I had a really great experience with them. They made a real stressful experience an easy one

Very lazy people. To fix some parts of my car it took them 3 weeks. And any time I call about my car they say it will be ready in a few days. I don't propose them to anyone.

These people were awesome, daughter wrecked car for the 2nd time and I did not want to put a lot of money into it, they did a fantastic job! Even saved me some money! They quoted me one price and stuck to it despite the fact that they had to eat some of the cost. Highly recommend!!!

I would give it a 0 star or even a negative star if I could. Bottom line, this place should be out of business because they think nothing of their promises with their customers.



I got in an accident on March 4th. Although I insisted that we fix my car at the Honda dealer, my insurance agent kept arguing that we should take it to Classic Collisions of Stone Mountain. This turned out to be a HUGE mistake. I signed my papers for repair on March 7th, Friday. They gave me an update, predicting the repair would be done by March 23rd. Near that date, they pushed the date to March 31st then April 2nd. Come April 2nd (Wednesday), I gave them a call. They said they forgot to change the date and said it would be done by Friday. Come Friday, no call. And the weekend goes by. I finally gave them a call again on Tuesday (the 8th). They said it's not ready and they'll have it done by Friday (the 11th). I called again on Friday. At 12 pm, they said they're hopeful it'll be done and that they'll give me a call. Of course they don't call me so I call. AGAIN.They keep giving me excuses and this time, though the work is finished, the car isn't "clean enough." They promised me it will be done by Monday (the 14th) and they will give me a call by 12 pm. OF COURSE they don't call me and I call in again. Now they're saying they'll give me a call by 4pm. Cleaning a car takes all day?



What angers me most is that I know that they're not giving their all when it comes to fixing it. My car is not their priority. I've been getting picture updates and they're putting maybe 30 minutes of work into it despite my tenacious phone calls. They think "we'll push the date back again."



Either set a date you know with certainty you can have it fixed by, or don't give me your word. I'm under 25 so I can't even get a rental car. I have been without a car for more than 40 days. And they keep changing the date. Any how, I have already filed a complaint with nationwide so they don't ever use this shop again and I have filed a complaint with the Governor's office of consumer protection.



I hope no body makes my mistake. Don't do business with them. They don't value your time and are incompetent when it comes to valuing promises with their customers.

"I have just had my 2013 Kia Soul since January and was sick when I was in an accident. I was afraid that it would not be the same after it was fixed. Reggie explained to me what would be done and it still scared me, but I trusted that things would be okay.

I went to pick up my car and it was just like new!

I should have known when my insurance company and Rick Case Kia recommended Classic Collision that it would all be alright.

I hope I never have another accident, but if I do I will definitely call Classic Collision.

I would also recommend them to any one that asks."

Going to a body shop is like going to see a doctor. You want to avoid it as long as possible but if you do need to go, go to the best and Classic Collision is the place. I have been there twice, one for front bumper damage to my 3 series and most recently for the rear bumper of my 5 series.
