He was great about letting me know the steps they were going through throughout the process. He estimated 2-3 weeks for my car to be ready. I was hoping it would it take closer to the 2 week mark but unfortunately it took 3 weeks. My car looks great though! And they used all new parts and did an amazing job cleaning it up. My car pretty much looks brand new. I am very satisfied so far with the job! Oh and also they have a lifetime warranty on their repairs, good comfort of mind!

If you ever have to fix the body of your car for whatever reason - and I hope it's never a major one - I highly recommend the team at this shop. They're very professional, thorough, and quick ~ what more can you ask for!

Yes, these guys are good. The body work on my Accord was perfect, they were on time and professional, and they fixed some other very minor scratches not associated with the accident for free. Most importantly, they quickly fixed a minor mistake (got a little paint, likely from a paint pen, on my seat) and had a sincere apology (I could imagine other clowns I deal with trying to convince me my kids left those marks). Kudos!!!

This place was quick, painless, and incredibly professional. My car looked like new, and they essentially detailed the interior without even asking.

I just want to say THANK YOU to all for doing such a great job on my car. They all are the best. This make the 2nd time I've used Classic Collision. If I ever need any repairs again I will be back. But, I hope I don’t need any more repairs. But, if so yes I will be back. You all stayed on the top of things and kept me informed at all times.

I was involved in a rear end collision. Thanks to the guys at Concord Collision, all my worries were eased. They took care of all the estimates and answered all my questions, all I had to do was approve the work, and they fixed my car. I got it back good as new, and they have made a costumer for life.

I had a great experience here. My car was hit and Geico referred me here. They made the experience extremely easy and did a great job. Very professional and friendly and very easy dropping off my car and picking it up. My car was nicely detailed when I picked it up.

If anyone ever needs a body repair - either in Lilburn it is worth going to this place. We were traveling into Georgia with a damage rear door on my Rover. I explained how it happened and what was going on with not being able to find a place to help me. This guy that answered not only answered the phone with great energy and with a smile but told me to come on in that he would wait and see if he could help me. (It was going to be after he closed ) - We pulled up about 5:45 and he had us pull into the stall and he started skillfully working on our Rover. The door was really tweaked and was about 4" off from be able to shut. He got the door fixed beyond belief. Needless to say we were ecstatic. The door had been broken before and was never working well since.. But now it works perfect. So many props to this shop.

I scratched my rear passenger door due to a careless mistake in an underground parking garage. Not really a major repair job but still I was nervous because I know people who have had some really ugly paint jobs done in the past by both dealerships and auto repair shops. It's important to know and trust the people you do business with. I am grateful to have found people I trust to work on my car. This is the best place to get auto body work done on your car HANDS DOWN! I wouldn’t recommend any other place. I am very picky about the appearance of my car and how clean and flawless it stays. So if you want a real great shop come here to Classic Collision.

I came here to get a new paint job since the one I had was fading away and starting to look really ugly. They gave me a good deal and they finished before expected. The paint job looks great and its the exact perfect shade I had pictured in my head. Thank you again, keep up the great work. Highly recommend Classic Collision to anyone.

This place is awesome! The owners are very sweet and they did an excellent job in re-painting my Jetta. They were able to finish the job before the time that they gave me. I highly recommend this place to everyone! They did a great job, they were very sweet and my Jetta looks great! What more can I ask for. I was so pleased with the quality of customer service at this body shop, from the very first time I took my car in for an estimate to a couple months down the line when I got my car repaired (they still remembered me!). One thing I really like is that they always pick up the phone. You wouldn't believe how annoying it is when businesses don't do this during normal business hours. They're so personable and gave me an honest quote that I couldn't turn down because it was the lowest in town (I checked out 5 places). They just really made this process painless and smooth.

I can't even begin to explain how happy I am with the quality of work at this shop. I am an auto detailer and I am very picky with the way my car looks! This shop actually work to make you happy and will do whatever it takes to ensure your happiness. I'll write more after dinner...

I found this shop via reviews. Great shop! Great customer service! Not only did they repair the damage to my car, but they also painted some nicks and scratches on the bottom of my front bumper for free! If I ever need to go to an auto body shop again, this is where I will go. Highly recommend it!
