Jason & the rest of the guys were so polite & helpful on the phone, and also when I was there! They answered all of my questions that I had about the warranty on the brake pads that I needed, and were so nice! I will definately go back to them next time I need something done! Their customer service is excellent & I am very satisfied with the work that was done!

Riverside auto is amazing ! My car was leaking oil so I went to a quick lube oil change place where I was told my rear main seal was leaking. After doing some home work I found that it would cost around seven hundred to one thousand to fix since it involved removing the engine and trans to even reach the seal to replace, I called jay at riverside auto he said he would run a check to see if that's were it is actually leaking from, my car was at the shop for 3hrs when I recieved a call saying my car was looked at and it was just a valve cover thank God jay checked first, he saved me over 600 dollars !!!!!

I would highly recommend this place for all ur auto repair needs, last week my 08 trailblazer died on 94 by metro airport, I called a friend of mine, and they recommended me to this place cause they Tow also, they where there within the hr,they where so kind, they drove me home and after the free tow they diagnosed my vehicle and found it was the battery and alternator, I called the dealer and let me tell u they beat the dealer price by almost 300, glad I could find such an honest towing and repair facility I'm a Happy Camper

I would not recommend this shop based on the service we received today. Went in to have a (used) battery put into my daughter's vehicle, after it was installed they said it would not start, they said it must be the starter, they could put one in for $250.00, but they couldn't do it today and the vehicle would have to sit outside because they did not have anyplace in the shop for it. Well after looking at the battery it was determined that it was the wrong size. We pointed it out to the guy and he said the size of the battery didn't make a difference. Are you serious?? I advised my daughter to request they put her old battery back and return her check....Amazing the car turned right over. Had the starter tested at another shop and there is nothing wrong with it. She purchased the correct size battery and it is running great! GUYS SIZE DOES MATTER! !at least when it comes to batteries for vehicles!

These guys at riverside auto took very awesome care of me. The tow truck driver was so kind and helpful, while my car was broke down he took the time out of his busy schedule to even take me to my home. I would highly recommend riverside auto to anyone who has vehicle problems. My car now runs like a champion. Thanks to all the wonderful employees at riverside auto, you guys literally saved my cars life.

This place was great! They had friendly service and were very knowledgeable. I would seriously recomend this place if you need car repairs!

i thank god for riverside auto care they were able to help me when everyone else i went to couldn't solve the problem but i took it to riverside and they were able to fix my car quick and cheap i saved hundreds and they were so good with me ill send everyone to riverside auto

First, I just wanted to say that I never write reviews for anything. My car broke down a few days ago on my way to school and this was in/near livonia on 275 right before 6mile. Not only did they tow my car for free, but even gave me a ride to school so I wouldn't be late for class! I've broke down a few times before and never had such great service. I had to be at school the next day as well and could not make it back home before closing time and they had someone at the shop past closing time so I could pick my car up! This is all before they repaired my ujoint and gave me a new tire. Mind you a new tire for me is $170 because I have to have certain ones for my rims. They only charged me $100 really couldn't believe it!! Will never take my car anywhere else. Thanks guys!

This place is great! My car wouldn't start and this is the closest place to home so I went with it & I am glad I did. They towed my car for free and had my car fixed and brought back to me within a couple hours. The prices were fantastic compared to what the dealership even wanted to tow it and just open the hood! I recommend this shop to everyone I know & you won't be disappointed!

This shop provides exceptional service. I spent the better part of a decade in the auto industry before changing careers and moving out of state, so I understand shop dynamics. Mike was professional, courteous, and efficient in the way he handled business doing my a/c service. The price was excellent. I would recommend this shop.

2005 CHEVY TRAILBLAZER WOULD NOT START. THEY TOWED IT FAST AND FREE SINCE WE FIXED IT! THESE GUYS PROVIDED US A RENTAL CAR WHICH PICKED US UP RIGHT FROM SHOP AND SPECIAL ORDERED NECESSARY PART FROM DEALER. THE SERVICE ESTIMATE WAS HALF THE COST OF WHAT THE DEALER ESTIMATED. I RECOMMEND THESE MECHANICS TO ALL MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS. DON'T MAKE A BAD CHOICE AND GET BAD AUTO REPAIR SERVICE.

These dudes are unreal. I broke down on the freeway in an unsafe place with my newborn daughter in the car. Jason was there and towed it to the shop free fixed the car at a fair price and had us on the road again in 2 hours total from breakdown time. These dudes should be everyones mechanic!!

Taking my car to Riverside Auto was the worst car repair experience ever. Dont get me wrong, they fixed my car but it took a whole MONTH, they wouldnt ever call me back when I called to see what was going on with it. It had a full tank when I took it in, when I got it back I didn't even have enough gas to get home, and I only like 2 miles from them. My tan carpet was black from mud or something dark, even in the back seat! They dont care about their customers just getting their money.

We have a 95 Lincoln that the guys have been servicing for over 3 years. Everything from simple to complex issues. Always responsible and professional. Highly recommend them.

Great shop! Good guys with outstanding attitudes. Nice people, it's always pleasure to do business with them.
