Provided by YP.comI didn't know where to take my Rolex because I was not sure which company I could trust to do the work correctly. After asking around about which places are good, someone told me about Glezer-Kraus. Not only did they take good care of my watch within a short time period (which is unheard of in this business. Other places will make you wait for months, and yes, sometimes even years.), but they also treated me like a top shelf customer. Thank you again so much.

Gave me an approximate quote over the phone. Sent watch in only to be told that it would cost me more than quoted just for the shipping alone. Told me an inspection would be done but never said all their "findings" had to be fixed or nothing at all. Was either yelled at or talked over by 3 different people while trying to explain simple concepts. Great customer service skills. Needless to say I ended up spending almost $50 in shipping for nothing. Watch was sent in working. Not holding my breath it will be when I get it back based on some of these other reviews.

I have been coming here for many years for battery and repair of my Movado. I have encountered very pleasant and courteous employees every visit. Whatever was necessary to be done was done without any problems. I just brought in my son-in-law's Movado for repair and dealt with Jasmine, who was very personable.

I have had consistent service on my Concord watch for the last 20 years. Because my watch is well made, I have only had a loose clasp and a broken stem once, and a new battery inserted every 2 years. I have never been to the location, but have always had good customer service over the phone.

Provided by YP.comThe service is EXCELLENT and the person that helped me was more than a pleasure to deal with.
After going to Glezer-Kraus, there's no reason to have a watch fixed anywhere else!

Sent in my Bulova which they supposedly 'specialize' in and got it back with the cheapest clasp I have ever seen. Dollar store watches have nicer clasps than the replacement they put on my watch. Almost impossible to get on the phone and very rude. They may do better with other brands but don't send your Bulova here unless you want cheap knock-off parts.

Top Notch watch repair and restoration. I'm a collector and I wouldn't take my swiss watches (mostly Rolex and Omega) anywhere else. I've been a customer for 25 years and never been disappointed in repair or service. Simply the best.

This is the worst place to go for any thing they do. Also Please do not buy a Movado Watch at all. Please stay away for this place and from buying a movado buy some other brand BAD Experience & BAD Business please take my word for it and you will thanks me later by saving time & money.God Bless,

Without giving you all of the details of my recent experience at the place as there is not enough space to do so, consider this brief review a warning and advice if you desire to use their services. This "Factory Authorized Service Center" (I'm not sure of the qualifications needed to obtain this distinction, but I would love to know how they are able to keep it based on some of the reviews posted here) is not what they once were. My advice is to document all of the flaws you see on your watch with detailed notes and pictures before you set foot in the door. This place will make notes of what they see and then ask you to sign by their comments. If you are unsure or don't agree with what they write..........do not sign anything. They like to make generic comments such as stratched and marred, but don't detail where those marks are. In the event they scratch or mar your watch, they will point out it was like that when you gave it to us.........see you signed right here. At that point, you are at their mercy. So, in order to avoid this, you must document everything.

Provided by YP.comI sent my working watch in for what I thought was covered by warranty. turns out it was not. I decided not to have it repaired. when it was returned, it did not work and there was dirt on the inside of the crystal. the ladies working their accused me of lying and hung up.

My first experience was good. I brought in my Rolex & my wifes Cartier. The repairs were done in a timely manner and to my satifaction. Approximately 6 mos later the cartier stopped working. When we brought it back under warranty they agreed to make the necessary repairs. At that time I also brought in a Cartier Pasha for a battery replacement. Much to my displeasure both Cartiers were returned w/o being cleaned and set to the incorrect time. When I called to make them aware of my displeasure the women I spoke w/ could have cared less and suggested I was lying and that I must be mistaken. I will not go back and have stopped recommending them as reliable.

I am a busy individual and normally don't have the time to compliment anyone but I wanted to take a minute and tell everyone how satisfied I was with Glezer-Kraus. I invested in an Ebel watch and they are the service center for Ebel. My watch was a little over the warranty period and broke. I took it to a local jeweler who told be that it is not a battery issue and to take it to them. I dropped the watch off and they took care of me. Because the watch was shortly after warranty, they gave me a discount, fixed my watch and polished it up! I got my watch back in a new condition. Well, they told me it was the same watch but it certainly looked a lot better then it went in. It has been six months since the repair, and I should have done this earlier but I was sitting here looking at my watch and remembered that I wanted to express my thanks and appreciation. I was greeted by amazing people who took the time with me, never rushed me and treated me like gold. Thank you Glezer-Kraus

Provided by YP.comI dropped off my watch in working order. When it was returned after an estimate equal to the watch's value, it was not working. I called and explained this. I was immediately accused of lying and told that other people had tried this before. The ladies yelled at me and hung up on me. They told me that the claim ticket had a number of services listed which means the watch was not working. Keep this in mind - they do not let you keep the claim ticket, they write the services on the claim ticket, and my watch was working when I brought it to them. I only wanted an explanation or apology and now I am considering legal action.
