We've had Illinois Energy Windows & Siding do our windows several years ago. Beautiful windows and noticed an immediate reduction in our heating and A/C electric bills when they went in. Our old builder grade windows were not cutting it! Recently, we had them replace our back sliding door. World of difference. No more cold draft near the door! And its opens/closes easily.

Great experience from start to finish! They were quick to schedule initial consultation. Office staff very friendly and eager to help in any way. The workers were efficient, neat, and professional. The job was excellent and we couldn't be happier with the quality of the windows. We had them do our kitchen door a few years ago and were so pleased with the work and the door quality we had them do our window replacement. They also were always very quick to answer questions. Definitely recommend!

From the initial sales visit to the installs, the experience was top notch. Our sales person was very knowledgeable and listened to our needs. The follow up has been excellent and the installation team was incredible. They showed up early, kept the work area clean as went, and was able to install the patio door in 3 hours. We are so happy with our door!

I have used Illinois Energy since 2009 for my window and door replacement needs. Having a "semi-custom" home built during the early 2000's, the builder quality windows and doors are not great. So as issues arise, we are gradually replacing these things that fail. Illinois Energy is not the cheapest, but we already HAVE the cheapest, and we see where that got us. Their lifetime guarantee is no joke, and they are responsive and dependable. For as long as I own a home, I will definitely depend on Illinois Energy!!!

This is not the 1st time that Illinois Energy has done work for us. As for a fact, we've been so happy with their work, we didn't ask anyone else for a 2nd quote. We needed a new front & back Door and we were educated along every step. Jerry was our installer and he is FANTASTIC! Jerry is a true craftsman; he paid attention to every detail and kept us informed each step during installation. I can't give enough credit to Jerry's professional work ethics! We will only use Illinois Energy!

IEW is a pleasure to work with. Quality windows and professional, courteous installers. Being a smaller company they recognize how important customer service is. As a previous customer, they took on a one window replacement job which says alot.

This was our first time using Illinois Energy and we went all out, 22 windows replaced, front and back, 1st and 2nd floor. This installation went great, they scheduled 3 days and completed the work in 2 days. Both days went very smoothly, they arrived on time and starting working. They removed the windows and window treatment with care and installed the new windows, put the window treatments back in place, cleaned up and you didn't even know they were there. Any time I had a question they answered me clearly. When I asked about the screens they showed me how to remove them and showed me how to open the windows to clean the outside. The day after they left my cleaning lady cleaned my house and never mentioned any extra work, she did comment how nice the new windows looked.

I had Illinois Energy Windows & Siding replace some windows in my home. The new windows are an excellent quality product. The workers arrived on time, did an excellent job installing the windows, cleaned up completely after they were done, and finished in a reasonable amount of time. Overall, it was an excellent experience with this company.

The sales rep was knowledgeable and helped to narrow down the best options for us. Measurements were accurate and once the door was available, installation was scheduled quickly. The installer did a great job and made sure every detail was attended to.

Easy process from sales to installation. End product looks great and I look forward to working with them to replace the rest of my windows.

Illinois Energy (IE) has worked on pretty much our entire house and we have loved partnering with them. We have had all our windows, front door, back sliding door, egress windows, and soffit/fascia updated over 4 or 5 projects. The sales rep, Paul, was always very respectful and honest. He never pushed any projects that we weren't interested in and was incredibly knowledgeable about all the products IE offered. While it may be unusual, I looked forward to doing projects with IE partially because I so enjoyed getting to know Paul and building a friendship with him that went beyond home improvement projects. We also looked forward to working with IE because of how efficiently they worked when at our house the quality of installation of the products. My father-in-law was a career builder/carpenter and he was always impressed with the trim and molding work IE did on the windows and doors. While IE will not be the cheapest option you can find on the market, I don't believe you will find better value for your money. The products and the work installing them were very high quality and there is no way to beat their lifetime of the house warranty. That might sound too good to be true, but we had after a window project we noticed one of the screens had a corner which had come loose from the frame. We called IE and within two days they sent someone out to just fix the one window screen! Whether it has been a project manager who has come out to get information for a job or the staff in the office over the phone, we have always dealt with great people who made us feel valued as customers. I generally agree with the saying, "You get what you pay for." However, with IE you get far more than you pay for in the quality of the products, the quality of the installation, and (most importantly) the quality of the people you will work with. I couldn't recommend Illinois Energy for your home improvement jobs any more highly unless Google would allow for more than 5 stars.

I highly recommend Illinois Energy, Windows and Siding if you need to replace windows, doors, gutters or siding for your home. We had new gutters replaced on our house in September, 2011. I am writing today, because we recently needed to extend a gutter on the second story of our home, and not only did Illinois Energy come out to do an excellent job, but IT WAS STILL COVERED UNDER WARRANTY! AFTER 13 YEARS! :)

Illinois Energy is customer focused with outstanding customer service, quality materials, and a warranty which covers both parts and labor. I am so grateful that they installed my gutters (and keep them in working order!), and they are first on my list for any other external repairs we need for our home. I am completely impressed with their professionalism, and highly recommend Illinois Energy!
