Excellent customer service from beginning to end. Quality products and installation (windows / door). Most noteworthy: honorable in promises made involving timing & quality.

We had 4 windows replaced from being rotted out. They replace the windows and the material around them to ensure the best quality. The also completely tore out one window and replaced it with a different shape. All the work looks great and it was all done in one day, including clean up. I'd use their service again.

Outstanding company, did a great job! Clearly explained what made their windows different from other company’s, installed the windows a month early from what they originally thought they were able to do, and even asked us to be a model house and we received a discounted price for the windows, cheaper than our other bids by far! The crew did a wonderful job. Starting with James who came to my home to help me pick out exactly what I needed to fit my 100 year old home. Next step was to get measurements and the gentleman who measured was very precise. The installation crew were highly skilled and everything fit perfectly. After the installation was complete the crew showed me all the features of the windows and how they worked. The next day I received a call from customer service checking if I was happy with my windows. Great service from start to finish. The windows are top quality and very energy efficient. I am a repeat customer that has recently moved to an older home with a need for new windows, Illinois Energy was the only company I would consider using.

My installer arrived promptly and ensured I understood what he would be doing. Once done he showed me how to use the new windows and cleaned up all the installation mess before leaving.

Illinois Energy were great to work with. If you want top of the line service and products, you'll have a hard time finding anyone else. It is a challenge when running a business to have all staff be happy and do great at their jobs. My interaction with everyone was pleasant and enjoyable from the James who started the sale to Max and his team who did the installation. The installation took 1.5 days and everything was done with care.

My cousin recommended Illinois Energy Windows and Siding to me and they are great! I had a bay window replaced about two years ago and the price was much more reasonable and the installation was very professional. I called them to redo a bathroom window and had great suggestions by the salesman and the installation happened sooner than was promised. Friendly sales, production and installation staff. Scheduled arrival and installation was timely. Our windows and exterior doors are constructed well and look beautiful.
We have used Illinois Energy Windows & Siding for all our window and door replacement over 10 years and very happy with selections they offer. We did have a minor wood trim problem with the doors (original manufacturing issue - not installers) and they were eager to schedule a fix. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

All I can say five star purchase from start to finish. Company gives best warranty in the industry with a great product. Project turned out amazing. Will use Illinois Energy window and siding again for any future projects.
