Por mi situacion no fue facil comprar el carro que me interese pero fue muy honesto y sincero al decirme cuales eran las diferentes opciones para adquirir un auto que se ajustara, me dio mucho gusto saber que me podia entender con alguien que hablara mi propio idioma y eso lo hizo mas facil todo el proceso. Came in on Sat. to see Bob whom we have worked with earlier this week. Needed a work truck for one of my employees and Bob should us 2 SUV's that would work. We picked the Ford Escape. He made the process very easy.

We came in to look at 2 vehicles and Bob met us on the lot. He took al the time we needed to check both vehicles and we decided to purchase the Lexis. He was great to work with and had lots of patience and he is why we bought the Lexus from this dealership.
