Very professional service.

First service today after a year plus with an alternative service who continues to disappoint. Good attitudes and spent a long time here.

Very pleased. Called ahead of arrival, came on time, explained all the work that was done.

Daniel visited my home today. He has been the best technician I have ever cam across. Very attentive to my issues, also concerned about my dogs safety. I appreciate the work Daniel.

The Technician: Eleodoro Morales was very professional and very polite. He explained what he was going to do and what needs to be done in the future.

Brayden came to our door one day to promote the service. He was very professional and knowledgeable. We were current Clark customers for 25 years so were not initially interested in changing pest companies. However after listening about Aptive we decided to give them a try. We had our first service today and Rocky was great. Walked the premises with my husband, explained everything and listened patiently to our issues. Here is hoping they continue the great service and so a better job than Clark!
