Provided by YP.comWhen my daughter signed up I was curious, my husband and daughter wondered if I'd be able to do it as I've never been very coordinated or athletic. BUT I can do it and I love it. The instructors are fabulous, they encourage you to keep going and make the classes interesting. The facilities are clean and well kept and lots of classes to fit any schedule. Highly recommend!

Provided by YP.comilovekickboxing Liverpool has made an incredible difference in my life! I've always been active, but I've never found that "thing" that got me to wake up in the morning excited to participate in. This is it! The staff are SO kind, patient, enthusiastic and fun. The other members and staff are the best support system ever and give me the motivation to do my best every class. The gym itself is extremely clean, too! I appreciate that since it's a shoeless gym. I've never felt stronger or happier during or after a workout! I've only been a member for 3 weeks, but I'm already seeing so much muscle toning happening and my mood has never been so positive. I highly recommend signing up for a class! This is your sign to go do something great for yourself!

I was getting bored at the gym and had been going solo for a couple months. I realized that I needed that little bit extra, to mix things up and take my workouts to the next level. One my friends recommended that I try out ilovekickboxing.com in Liverpool, so I took her up on it. From the minute the person picked up the phone, I had a feeling I was gonna love it there! They were all so full of energy and excitement. I'm not like a workout guru or anything, I'm just motivated because of the results that I've been seeing. My strength and endurance have increased, my clothes feel like they are fitting looser, and I can tighten my belt another notch! I also like making new friends and the fact that the trainers hold you accountable. In my experience, sometimes you just have to try different kinds of workouts before you find what's the right fit for you and what works to keep you motivated, whether it's running, yoga, crossfit, spinning, boot camps, etc. Kickboxing just happens to be what fits for me AND I feel pretty bad ass when I'm doing it!! So I say give it a go!!
