My mother came down with a bad cold and I wouldn't have wanted to go anywhere else. First there were the basics, an amazing location near Lombard Circle and its convenient hours (many other clinics I checked closed much earlier than Doctors immediate care.) Then the following events truly impressed me.



When we arrived, we filled out some paperwork and were seen in about 8 minutes. The doctor was friendly and professional (certified for emergency medical situations). After the exam, a prescription was given in case my mother's cold got worse and an additional test for strep throat was also taken. Overall, the experience was efficient, yet thorough, while caring at the same time. The cost of $110 is reasonable considering the level of care and service. Our worries left us as we headed back out into the intense bustle of Lombard City.



If you're traveling and need to see a doctor in near Chicago, DIC has, without a doubt, earned its high star rating. It was recommended to me by a friend and I would 100% recommend to everyone else.

Wow..it was really a wonderful experience..i got a minor burn injuries that made me visit their clinic..as I was attempting to navigate my way with a huge jogging stroller, the man on the gateway came to open the door for me.. from lab testing to everything , it was fantastic..i heard from others that they never make anyone wait for long was true. It took only a half an hour for me ..everyone from the staffs to doctor was affable.

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE! DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE GOING HERE! I was seen about a month ago for a simple ear irrigation, at that point I was disgusted with how the place looked. Only reason I went here was because my primary doctor office was closed. Not only was the staff unpleasant and rude, but my bill was OUTRAGEOUS! For a simple 10 min talk with the doctor I was charged $800 dollars. DO NOT GO HERE! I went to file a complaint on the better business bureau page and found they ARE NOT ACCREDITED (which they say on their webpage they are) and they have received an "F" on an A to F scale.......says a lot people. If you don't take my word for it you can check on better business bureaus webpage and see the complaints people make.

Top notch urgent care with top notch doctors and staff! good service. affordable and very professional. It's well maintained and filled with lots of artistic creativity that fill its lobby and hall ways. I love and trust this urgent care clinic so much that I have changed my primary care physician to one who is affiliated with this center. They really are the best medical care around.

Physicians are really awesome and they are quick to see patients, great experience :) Although they are quick to come in, I did not feel rushed. The doctor took his time to go over all of my concerns. Highly recommend this urgent care. I recommend this place to anybody.

Thank you Lombard for treating me when I came in with an emergency. Darn my asthma! But knowing this clinic is so close by; my mind is put at ease. I was so thankful they readily accepted me as a patient when I chose this facility over the ER. I know what I’ll be choosing the next time I have a problem!

This place was great. I decided to get my kids’ school vaccinations done here so that I wouldn’t have to miss work to take them. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly we were seen, and how friendly the staff was to my kids. I know where I’ll go the next time one of us needs to make a visit to the doctor!

It’s great to know this clinic is so readily available to the public. I’ve been a walk-in patient a few times now, and am always impressed by how well I am treated by the staff and the physician. I feel like a regular patient! If I ever move away from this area, I hope I can find another clinic just like it.

I don’t feel like I’m at a doctor’s office when I come to Lombard’s clinic. The feel is relaxing rather than hectic, and it puts me at ease when I’m feeling under the weather or preparing myself to get a flu shot! And the nurses and physician are friendly and attentive. I’m so glad I live near this clinic.

During my first visit, I remember my doctor asked me questions about my health that I hadn’t even thought of. Since then, I’ve made some small changes in my lifestyle based on suggestions I got from this clinic. By my next visit, my blood pressure was lower and my weight was down.

This is the first time I haven’t had to stress over getting an appointment with my doctor in a timely manner. The Dupage Medical Clinic has even been able to see me when I’ve had to come in without an appointment whenever my diabetes has given me trouble. I’m so grateful for how understanding and attentive they are to their patients.

I come to Lombard immediate care clinic whenever I or anyone else in my family needs medical attention. We’ve come here for flu shots, physicals, sore throats—you name it. When health issues pop up it’s so difficult to get appointments at such short notice with a regular physician.

I play a lot of intense sports, so you might guess how many times I’ve had to stop by the emergency room with injuries. Since I discovered the Dupage Medical Clinic, I can see my own doctor to get x-rays if necessary. It’s good to have a trusted care provider who I can count on for all my health needs, not just my routine physicals.

I brought my husband to the Lombard clinic when his diabetes started giving him trouble. The staff was much more personable here than at the ER, so this was comforting during an anxious time. They were attentive to us, and treated us like regular patients instead of last-minute walk-ins. And most importantly, we were taken care of right away by the physician.

I am very impressed with this walk in care. It is a saturday around 10am and I walked in and walked out in 40 minutes.



The staff was perfectly nice, the space is clean and everyone is professional. After a quick check up, Doctor diagnosed my sinus infection, prescribed my drugs and wished me the best. Love it and would definitely go back there if needed.

I was there twice recently. Both of my visits went pretty well. However the second time around the wait was about 30 minutes before I could see the doctor. Small problem but it was much quicker the first time around. Also, their x ray machine was not working the first time around. Looks like it worked in my last visit, but I did not need it now . I gave it four stars because of the wait and issues w the x ray, else it would be a five star.

Prior to my coming to the immediate care center for chronic back pain (which I have had for over 2 years), I had been seen by numerous doctors at several hospital emergency rooms, who could not help me. When the pain was at it worst, I arrived here in agony. The staff was very helpful and took care of my ailment better that what I have seen in the last two years. I will go there again if need arises.

I was there recently for some pretty serious flu like symptoms. The staff was very friendly and courteous, answered all of my questions. Definitely would go again if needed

I am an IT consultant and have been to a few urgent care centers during my travel when needed. This is my first summer in Chicago and, while I've never had allergies before in my life, I definitely have them now. I didn't realize that until I came here to Lombard Immediate Care, that this is a Top of the line clinic when it comes to convenience. I'm so used to calling my doctor's office and hoping I can come in last minute, because that's the only time I really go. I did a walk-in and only had to wait about 10 minutes. As soon as I was in the room, a wonderful nurse came in and asked me about my symptoms, ran tests and made me feel completely comfortable. Everyone is friendly, timely and courteous. After visiting another urgent care on the area, it only validated that this might be the best urgent care in town.

I definitely recommend this place to all people in or around the western suburbs. They are located right at Roosevelt and Meyers, next to the CVS. They have friendly staff who genuinely care about patient issues.

I visited them for the first time yesterday and within 15 minutes was talking to a doctor. Granted it was not too busy for them, just one other patient ahead of me. The whole process took about 35 minutes... way faster than any urgent care I have ever been to.
