Harry was done installing our unit. He was very careful and thorough in the procedure. I'm very happy with the service. The service cost I paid was right on budget. Harry was very courteous and professional.

Harry arrived to inspect my heating system and give me a second opinion whether to get a new one or have it repair. I had good conversation with him and patiently responded to my inquiries. He was able to give me options and I decided to have it repair since my unit has few issues and Harry told me he can handle the issues. I was pleased with how the appointment went and thankful to Harry he was able to complete the repairs.

I paid a reasonable amount and Harry performed great repair service. He was professional and informative. He takes time to explain the technicalities of the problem. I'm so pleased how he serviced our unit thoroughly. Great help in this process and fixed the main issue of our unit.

I was really concerned about the price and other factors about the service but Harry was once again trustworthy and honest. He give us a reasonable cost. He went above and beyond to explained to us how to operate the system, including how to configure the unfriendly thermostat. He respond right away in any of my questions.
