Been using them for years and glad to say they still provide exceptional service on appliances, I had my GE fridge serviced by them back in 09 and today they repaired my Whirlpool washer. Service fee is low and they have 3 hour windows but they call ahead. I was joking with the tech today and told him my dryer, heater, oven and microwave have all been problematic over the last few years and he gave me advice and tips on how to prevent potential issues with the appliances and what to look for when its time to purchase a new appliance. Great company and they have a custom for life!

Heres a kudos for the great service we received today on our bosch dishwasher. The tech who came out was awesome, managed to unclog the drain in minutes and didn't overcharge. Will call again!

I am a working mom and finding time for any home related issues is always a struggle. Thats why my time is precious, and in the past i have been shunned by service providers. I would like to extend my praises to Appliance Guard for not letting me down. Here is how my experience shaped up. Called to make an appointment on a saturday and received a same day appt, technician notified me 20 minutes before arrival, our GE washer decided to stop mid cycle and lock up, we had clothes sitting in the tub for a few days and were hoping this could be taken care of. The tech managed to find the issue in a few minutes and then after receiving approval for repairs, provided repairs...took about 30 minutes and my lock was replaced, control panel was reset and i was back in business. This was a great experience and most importantly they came though like the said they would.

We had a problem with our side by side GE fridge and gave this outfit a call to see if they can save this old bad boy. Spoke to the dispatch on saturday morning and they managed to have someone out that same day to look into the problem. the technician who stopped over was very polite and managed to inspect the unit with no issues, deterring it was a problem with a faulty door switch, had it fixed in 15 minutes and out the door. Found my appliance company in Long Beach!

Have used them for years here in Long Beach and they always do us justice. Great - prompt - and informative too! fixed a few appliances for us and they are still going strong!
