Driving down from Boston to New York had me a bit weary but making this purchase with Angel was just delightful, I couldn't feel more welcomed while coming into the dealership when I was met with the front desk receptionist Jessica, being asked if I needed anything to drink or eat. My experiences here was awesome due to my small budget/credit and the dealership working with you before you sign anything, to the moment where they break down every penny to see what your truly buying. Definitely looking forward to drive back down for when my eldest sons car for when he attends college.

Spending an entire day on Northern boulevard looking for a car can be a daunting task. I am so happy I stopped here. I found the best deal and everybody was super friendly. I must say my experience was simply impeccable, there was no loose ends when I called for my quote. To the salesmen that closed my deal Arthur, From everything I was told by the front desk clerk Jessica to the moment the pen hit the paper for deal with Leo and Jason to be closed. A pristine dealership with an even awesome wide variety collection of cars.

NorthStar Auto Sales made my car buying experience enjoyable. Friendly staff and very accommodating. Even with not so great credit they were able to get me financing with a major Bank. Which will definitely help improve my credit score tremendously.

very nice atmosphere. friendly staff. i made an appointment and the car was just as described, the carfax is on the website and everything. Very down to earth and realistic. helped me find the right car for me in my monthly budget.

I purchased a vehicle from them a few months ago. This dealership itself has a wide variety of used vehicles for sale. Although the vehicle lot is cramped with many vehicles, the staff does a good job of getting vehicles in and out of the lot. Parking might be a little tight if many customers are present. The main building is very clean and laid out well. The salesman that assisted me with my purchase was very professional, patient, and will work with you to help you get the vehicle you want. Also, before I made my visit to the dealership, I had emailed the staff with some questions, and I promptly received a welcoming response from the Sales Manager. There was no sales pressure, and some negotiating was able to take place. The only time where a salesman pushed for a product was in the financing/closing stage, where extended warranties were heavily marketed/encouraged. Overall, I had a good experience with this dealership and would buy from them again.

The team at Northstar were friendly and reasonable. Angel was a pleasure to work with, I will be sending all of my friends there when they're looking to make a purchase.
