My kids love this place so much we drive an hour to come here every time.

Great experience my kids had extractions fillings sealents all in one day and there was no problems all staff was great patient friendly and knew exactly what they were doing Great Exprience

Worst place ever! Very rude people who don't deserve to run a business with small children. My three year old little boy was mistreated so badly at his appointment. The people who work there need to learn how to treat and talk to small children

I really like the people here. Especially Minnie. My kids just adore her.

My daughter and I loved this place! We visited on Monday, 7/13, for the first time and we were instantly impressed with the waiting area and friendly receptionist. I wasn't done filling out paperwork when we were called back by one of the technicians. The doctor was great with my little girl and did an awesome job! I recommend to everyone!

My daughter and I visited Kool Smiles on Judson Rd. this past Monday and our visit was great! The receptionist was friendly and helped answer my questions about our insurance and the doctor and technician were amazing with my little girl. I will recommend them to everyone I know!

They where all pretty friendly.

Probably the worst place you can take your child in Longview for pediatric dental care. We waited over an hour for our appointment, the other 'kids' in the waiting area were literally assaulting each other and cursing, very loudly. Once we went back to do x-rays and the exam we were glad to be away from the other wild children. The so called cleaning took less than 10 minutes and was interrupted twice so I'm sure something was missed.



Actual dentist spent 5 minutes looking at her teeth and x-rays only to stand up and say okay you need 6 fillings and a crown on this baby tooth. A crown on a 6 year old girl's baby tooth?



We were checking out & the receptionist kept pushing for us to schedule the procedures for the next few days or next week but we asked for an appointment several weeks out.



Considering it'd been 6 months since her last cleaning we got a second opinion the next week and guess what?!? She does not need a crown, at all!



Kool Smiles will NEVER get our business again. They're looking to pump out procedures and make money, not provide a healthy service for the kids under their care.

Shante Webb and Pennye did a fantastic job at calming my nerves and setting me at ease. I was very nervous before coming in and they did great!!

VERY poor customer service. Had 4 teeth cut out and had to wait over 4 1/2 hours to get meds. Had to call 12 times and talk to 12 different people and corporate office hung up on us again.

I am so pleased with Kool Smiles. They get the children in and get them out with wonderful service.

I was so happy to say that I came there earlier today early like she the secretary told me to fill out my paper work for my daughter. I was able to kill 2 birds with one stone that's how good they were. She had two cavities and they did everything I needed in one day. Their place of business the area was great the staff was sweet and Maurice is a great person... I would recommend my family and my close friends there.:-D :-D :-D
