We got the doors, ETO did a FANTASTIC JOB! The crating was excellent, all arrived without a scratch. The quality of the product looks really good, and I look forward to working with them again.

We are super happy with the look and quality of their solid mahogany doors. Driver who delivers also did an excellent job... Given he had to pull the crate with his hand truck down a 200 ft drive way!

I purchased seven mahogany doors with the five glass panels from this company. All the doors came very well packed and with no damage. The only drawback was the shipping firm that delivered the doors had only one man and he almost lost the doors when they were on top of the tommylift. They look fantastic and very pleased with my purchase.

Ordered interior doors and half came in damaged. Filed claim for replacements. After repeated emails and calls to customer service as to when I would get replacements, I filed complaints with BBB, Atty Gen of CA and credit card company. After a month, I cancelled the replacements and reordered from another supplier so I could get my project completed. They refuse to give me refund. Regret dealing with this company.

So far my experience has been outstanding. The doors are great quality and Savannah is fantastic!!! She is professional, very knowledgeable, efficient, and delivers the type of service that is so rare to encounter these days. ETO doors is the best company I have dealt with in a long time. Great selection, great products, and outstanding service.

We purchased three Rolette-NEUMA DOORS - Signature Fiberglass: Classic Patio Doors and couldn't be happier with them. Would definitely buy from ETO again. We had the blinds put into two of the three doors for privacy since they all lead into a hot tub room. Great end results of the total makeover of the hot tub room from a 30 year old in ground hot tub to a fully contained brand new hot tub room. Now it is just time to relax and enjoy.

I finally got my doors, and just wanted to let everyone know how happy we are with such a beautiful product. My garage door arrived yesterday. We opened it on the dock and determined that ETO had done a great job of packaging the door and everything was intact. I brought it home today and it is great. Way beyond my expectations. The curve of the windows was made to match my house which I had not expected. Their attention to detail is great. The door is fabulous. The next closest competitor priced the door to me at $5500. With ETO I spent roughly $3000. I have a better design and a much better looking door for a lot less! Great Job ETO, I am ready to tell the world!!

ETO has been very easy to deal with! My quote from Jase was very timely. In fact, I had great service from Jase – he was extremely responsive and helpful to me as I learned about ETO's products and made my door selection. I’m now awaiting the delivery of my doors – estimated date is 5/20, right in line with what Jase told me (~ 3 weeks from date of order). Thanks again ETO for the great service!

I run a property management company. I already received the doors I ordered from ETO last week. They worked out extremely well and I will definitely be placing more orders with them in the future.

I LOVE these doors from ETO, and all of our guests have commented on them. Because we live in the mountains many deer claim our neighborhood as theirs. What I have noticed, however, is after people stop to take photos of the deer, they stop in front of our home to take pictures of the doors. We have even had Realtor and ppl looking to buy in our village where we got the doors from. I have to admit I'm very hesitant to tell them as they are such a showpiece of our house!!

We received our door a couple of months ago or so. It’s so beautiful, but we haven’t installed it since our new home isn’t built yet. I can’t wait!!! Thanks ETO for the beautiful door! Will do some more shopping on your web-site.

Searching doors online, I have not seen a door company's website as organized and direct as ETO Doors. The prices and answers are listed on the website, so it makes it very easy to navigate and understand the products. I did not want to buy the wrong doors and get stuck with them. ETO’s staff was helpful in the selection process.

Thank you both for all of your help in getting the doors to us by the weekend. We had a crew scheduled for the weekend and having the doors (and pocket frames especially) on site for them allowed us to keep the project on schedule.
