I had an amazing experience at this store. I have a fleet truck that needed tires. The shop has to do extra work to get the tires authorized which Troy did without a problem and had my new tires installed in less than 45 minutes. I highly recommend this store. I watched them work diligently to take care of every person who walked in or called while I was there. I highly recommend this store

I was recently traveling though Colorado. I had a blow out on I-25. I called 3 different tire stores. Big O was the only store willing to stay open to help me. I don't have a big O store where I live, But I highly recommend the store in Loveland.

they installed the shoes incorrectly and no refund,actually smiled .all of them after we were almost killed in an accident

On 7/13 I took my car in to have my tires rotated. The representative that took my name etc. stated that I was no longer in their system. I paid a total of $751.00 for four Michelin Harmony tires plus the contract! Further when I got home the paper work for the service had N/A on everything! Even the purchase. I am a women alone why wouldn't I have contract? Plus now that I need to go back there is a nail in my tire, I can only hope that I don't get jerked around...

A friend was referred there and had about 2k worth of work as he was driving though. Based on his experience I took my car in and had shocks put on. They told me they would price match. I had the shocks put on and when I came back to pay they would not honor the original price and broke a part on my child's car seat. It didn't affect the performance of the seat but it was an expensive seat. They said they would give me a discount on my next visit. I came back a couple of months later for tires and they said they would not honor the discount as there was nothing in my account to suggest they ever offered it. Needless to say I left and found a better place in town. Also in that time my friend called me at the end of his trip and said he had problems during his drive and it was found to be defective rotors they installed. So combined with poor customer service, poor workmanship and poor parts you would be better looking around for tire service
