Enjoyed the comfort of them knowing me when I walked in the door and their eagerness to make the trade smooth and fast and easy.

No hassles, no pressure. Very easy and comfortable to deal with.

We did not at all feel pressured to buy. They let us take the vehicle home for the night to see if we liked it. It was a great experience overall.

I was well attended to from the start, Raul, the salesman, listened to me and fulfilled my requests, I dreaded the potential "4 square" sales negotiation and it didn't happen! They found and received my truck through dealer trade promptly, delivered promptly, and followed up on my subsequent requests.

Customer service needs work, they will not help you if you have problems with your car after you have left- once they have your signature. They were nice enough but they are not sincere about what they tell you.
