I just purchased a Porsche cayenne from North Shore Auto mall. Igor was my salesman. He was very professional and willing to work with me. Also Kevin the manager was great and easy to work with and upfront about everything. They gave me a fair price on my trade, and a great deal on the car i was purchasing. Financing was a breeze and they got me the exact payment i was seeking. Came back the next day(today) to pick her up fully serviced and detailed not even 24 hrs later. Car so far seems like a great car in great condition. . I would recommend NorthShore Auto mall any day.

Kevin and Alex were very helpful, honest and courteous. I visited other dealers on the same day and none were nearly as helpful as the staff at NSAM. I felt like a long time customer even though I had never been there. While I did not leave with a vehicle on the day that I visited I am hoping that my next vehicle purchase will be made at North Shore Auto Mall.

I recently bought a car here. When I showed real interest in the car (and offered a price that was just a couple hundred below reasonable), they haggled back and forth with me for a half hour but then gave me the car for the price I offered, and not a penny more. The bathroom was also clean. I would recommend buying here

I bought the car and so far so good. They noticed small crack on windshield that I didn't see. They called me to say they were replacing it and also new battery before pickup.

Fair price after some lengthy but friendly negotiations. My mechanic found that the car needed front pads and rotors after inspection. Sales manager questioned this at first, then confirmed what my mechanic had found and had the work done before delivery. Good follow up with registration, etc after delivery. Pretty nice place to deal with.

I recently bought a Cadillac SRX4. Tom was the sales person that brokered the deal. He went out of his way to make sure that the Caddy was in perfect condition prior to delivery. I have bought many cars and dealt with a lot of salesmen. Tom was by far the very best. I would recommend that you ask for him...you will be glad you did.

I went to Northshore Auto Mall on multiple (more like 8 times) occasions trying to find the perfect car that will fit my family. The staff was very patient with me, showed me a variety of cars in the price range and size I was looking for and answered all of my questions. My husband accompanied me on a few of my visits to Northshore Auto Mall. He was so impressed with the service and variety of cars that he too ended up trading in his car and upgrading to a newer model. The cars on the lot are of good quality, come with a great warrantee options and I feel safe knowing my family is in a safe car. My daughter is getting her license next month, I will be returning to buy her first car from Northshore Auto Mall. I am so happy with the all around service from Northshore Auto Mall. I have and will continue to recommend Northshore Auto Mall to friends and family.

Dave was amazing! He went above and beyond to help us and catered to our specific needs. He was extremely nice and surprisingly genuine! He was able to find us something within our budget that we didn't think we could ever afford. Also, the car we bought was serviced and detailed beautifully! If you're looking for a used car, definitely go to Northshore Automall!

My interaction with NSAM was excellent! I bought online from out-of-state and they were very accommodating with the multiple issues my situation brought up. They gave me a GREAT price and I got exactly the car I was looking for. I bought without being able to actually test drive or look at the car since I am from Maryland. However, the car has lived up to and exceeded even the advertising on their website. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car. Not only friendly and personal sales staff, but also generous and kind. They treated me like family. I had a great interaction and experience with them. They were great!

went to north shore auto mall to buy a new car and ended up leaving 2 hours later with a 2011 mercedes with full warranty and financing. i would recommend them because they have a good selection of cars and nice prices

Very nice and everyone was polite ....I worked with Isaac he to was polite and not pushy he was out there with me showing me 2 cars in the worst wind storm ever..we worked out a deal and I pick up the car next week. Yes I would recommend going here to purchase a car. It won'thurt ya to go and explore options here.
