My husband and I stopped into North Shore Auto Mall last week to look at a few Honda Accords. They actually had 3-4 Honda Accords that we were potentially interested in and they were all within our budget. We called to set an appointment up for a Saturday, so that we could go during the day and spend some time comparing the Accords.



We arrived a little earlier than our set appointment time, but Javier had already prepared all 4 of the Accords that I mentioned to him over the phone. They were all started and warm, this alone made us want to purchase from Javier. After about 2 hours of comparing and test driving, we decided to buy the silver EX-L model with navigation. Javier was very patient with us and answered all of our questions.



We took delivery of the car last night and are 110% satisfied with the service we were provided by Javier and the rest of the staff at the North Shore Auto Mall. We are still figuring out the gadgets and gizmos in our new fully-loaded Accord. Thanks again, we will be back for our next vehicle!
