On behalf of our Party with Patrick Club members we want to thank you for your generous donation of batting for our group. The ladies were all excited about the free batting as well as the raffle for the queen size ones. We are a Warm and Natural shop so we appreciate the quality of your donation. Thanks again!!!

I use Warm & White in all my quilts and since i started teaching it is what i recommend to my students. I am writing this because what i was getting in that bold was not what i was used too. i also believe that as a customer if I don't share my experience with you, then you will have no way of knowing. We are all just human beings doing the best we can and sometimes stuff happens.



Bottom line is that I still will be an advocate for your company/product especially since your customer service was exemplary. The Warm Company surely does have a focus on quality.

OMG I just received my package of WARM products! That was so very kind of you, thank you so

much! I love all of it and can't wait to make the microwave potato project, it's first on my list! It wasn't

necessary but I again am so happy. I shared my story with my quilting buddies and told them all to run
