I ordered a bench cushion and I am so pleased with my order and the quality of the foam. It was exactly what I wanted. In fact I have ordered chair cushions since my original order and I am equally satisfied. I would definitely recommend to my friends.

The Foam Factory had some of the best prices. The product that I ordered from them was just as described. I recommend them to anyone looking for quality foam products. We are using the foam right now and it works wonderfully. Foam Factory will be the first place I look for foam products from now on.

I ordered a queen size memory foam mattress with as well as a body pillow. Im a side sleeper so I needed the extra support on my side from the memory foam and the support between my legs from the body pillow. One night with this combo and my back aches are gone! I also sleeped so well I felt more energetic all day! The quality in the products exceeded my expectations.

------------------------- Update: After sleeping on the mattress topper for nearly a month, we still love it! I wish I would have done this sooner. In my opinion, this Foam Factory 4 inch memory foam topper in 5 lb/sqft is very comfortable. I think this mattress topper would be very comfortable even it was just laid straight on top of the floor. ------------------------- I was very impressed with this company! 5 stars. I needed to order a mattress topper for our bed, so I researched 4 different companies on line that could cut a memory foam mattress to the exact dimensions that I was needing. Each of these four companies offered different options for the memory foam density. I have heard from others to make sure that you try a sample of the foam before ordering because many places may advertise their memory foam as higher quality than it really is. For this reason, I sent emails to all four companies asking if I could receive samples of their memory foam. 2 companies did not respond to my email even though I sent it to their customer support email address listed on their website. 1 company responded but said that I would have to pay shipping costs to send the samples. Foam factory, the 4th company, responded immediately saying that they could ship it the same day but that they just needed an address. I was very impressed that they did not ask me to pay for the shipping cost. I received the samples 3 days later just like they said, which allowed me to test and compare the firmness of the 3 lb/sqft, 4 lb/sqft, and 5 lb/sqft memory foam products. I liked the 5 lb/sqft memory foam the best. I then went onto their website and ordered the mattress topper that I needed. They allowed me to enter in custom dimensions of length, width, and thickness. I chose to get the topper in a 4 inch thickness. No sales tax and the shipping was free. The mattress topper arrived 5 days later, which I thought was fast because that included the time that it took them to cut the piece of foam to my custom order. It arrived tightly packed in a roll. When I removed the cardboard shell, the foam mattress was wrapped in a generously thick layer of waterproof plastic wrapping similar to saran wrap. After unwrapping the many layers of plastic wrap, the foam began to take shap. Almost immediately it expanded to the size that I ordered. I laid on it almost instantly to try it out and was very impressed with the level of comfort. It did smell a little, so I let it air out in our guest bedroom for about 24 hours. The next day, the smell was nearly gone, so I decided not to wait any longer. After placing it on our bed, my wife and I were very impressed with the comfort. Excellent job, Foam Factory! We will recommend you to all of our family and friends!!

We were in need of a new couch or foam cushions. searched on line and found the Foam Factory. It was so easy to order the right cushions. Once received, each one fit easy in the cushion cover. Couch is like new. Love the new cushions. Totally satisfied with ordering and shipping. Again, Foam Factory is outstanding.

The Foam Factory is the only place I was able to find the 18 diameter X 6 thick pieces I needed for a footstool project. There were several choices of density and quality and their prices were very reasonable. A quick call to customer service about how long to allow the pieces to decompress was greeted with warmth, knowledge, and enthusiasm.

I am very satisfied with my online purchase of twin mattresses from Foam Factory. The site offers every size and density of foam for reasonable $$. The site is also very good to explain all about their products, making it easier to choose the proper mattress for your needs.

Recently purchased acoustic foam panels from Foam Factory, and have to say that the panels arrived in very good shape and were very easy to cut and install. They look awesome too. But because I live in Puerto Rico, the shipping was a bit pricey, I hope Foam Factory can find a way to ship overseas for a little less.

We have made two purchases from Foam Factory now. The first was for the top end 5lb density memory foam mattress to replace a futon/topper setup we had been using for 10+ years. We tested it for a month and are very happy with it. The quality is at least as good as Tempurpedic at about 1/4 of the price. We were so pleased that we ordered a 4lb density memory foam mattress for our guest bedroom, along with a high ILD mattress to serve as a box spring. Our parents are now visiting and absolutely love the new setup. Besides the great prices, the big reason I purchased from Foam Factory is that they were the only store online I found that publishes full specs on their foams--including density and ILD-so you know exactly the quality of foam you are getting.

I ordered the acoustic foam a few weeks ago. I built a music room to have a nice place to practice especially with our new baby trying to sleep. The foam is great. It really helps the band members hear all of the instruments. The foam does not make the room sound proof BUT that's not what it's intended for. The band can now play at a lower volume because we can all hear each other. The foam was packaged perfectly and the tiles are totally consistent. I actually bought more because I turned my closet into a space where we can put the computer and sound board. This product worked great for my home studio.

Thought I bought a good deal on the 5lb memory foam memory foam mattress, their highest quality mattress supposedly longest lasting. 15 year warranty the website states for defects in materials or workmanship, AND any permanent body impressions more than 1.5 inches deep. I had the mattress for only a year and half, when I noticed a very soft spot where my hip (side sleeper) usually rests. I took the cover off (first time the cover had ever been off since I received the mattress) and found a torn spot in the mattress over 3 inches deep and 5 inches long. There was also dirt and dirty footprints on the mattress, that had to have been made at the factory, since this was the first time I had removed the cover. I thought it would be a simple matter of getting the defects remedied under warranty, but Eddy said no, only impressions over half the mattress thickness would be covered by warranty, and that this was normal wear and tear. I sent pictures to him and it is obvious it is not normal. And mentioned the website said defects were covered AND impressions more than 1.5 inches. Eddy came back and said ONLY impressions more than 1.5 inches were covered, and nothing else, that what I had was normal wear and tear. Normal??? If this is normal, warning to all, do not buy this stuff that falls apart in a little over a year. The way I interpret his statement, the mattress could wear and tear into a hundred pieces in a year's time, and as long as there is no body impression over 1.5 inches, the mattress is good, no defects. I asked about repair and he could only suggest a certain glue that I should use to glue the tear to keep it from growing. $500 I spent for King size bed and it's junk. My son bought one of these mattresses also, about a month after I bought mine, on my recommendation. Based on what I found when I removed the cover on mine, he removed his cover, and found the mattress had 5 separate tears in it, a couple nearly as large as mine. This was my worst experience in 43 years, not only did they over charge me, but they lied about the product and the quality.

BEFORE YOU GO TO THIS DISASTER OF A STORE, THERE ARE WAY CHEAPER AND HIGHER QUALITY WORKERS AND PRODUCTS NOT TO FAR FROM THERE.

I have never wrote any negative feed back about any business ever most the time I let things slide even try to work things out.

Very easy to use and shipped on time! I'm always a little reluctant to buy sized items (like foam) online-- but Foam Factory came perfect !! The package was nicely sealed, my cushions were perfectly sized and took shape within a few hours! They're prices are super fair and beat any fabric store I went to locally!! Highly recommended! Purchased a firm foam mattress from The Foam Factory as an alternative to the very high proced Tempurpedic. This mattress is every bit as good, if not better than the high priced alternatives. Folks at the Foam Factory answered all my questions prior to rdering and shipping was free and expedient, You will not be disappointed in the quality of this product. I have slept great on it from day 1. This was a winner of a purchase from a very good company.

I ordered the 12x12 - 4 pyramid foam to quiet down the air return for AC/Furnace unit. After I installed the foam the return was noticeably quieter. Their website was easy to navigate and had very helpful charts for their acoustic foams. Ordering was easy and the price was right. When the product arrived, I immediately removed the packaging and the foam expanded to its proper dimensions within minutes. I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for high quality foam solutions.

Great company to work with, my questions were answered quickly and accurately, and the order was filled as promised.

Terrible product, terrible customer service, overall terrible experience. I ordered some foam for a sound studio project I needed to get done quick. Their prices seemed perfect, and it got to me pretty quick. When I opened the packaging, I noticed that a corner on EVERY panel has a tear/cut on it as if it were stacked up and something caught the corner, or it got sliced by a knife. I know it wasn't done by me because I didn't use anything sharp to open it since it is foam so I was careful with what I opened it with. I contacted them right away to inform them of the issue. When the bratty receptionist answered, I politely explained my situation and she put me on hold. I was connected with an Eddy and he asked to send some pics, which I did right after. To make a long story shorter, there were TONS of emails back and forth over a week's period. Their trained monkey, Eddy, always had to seek approval on what to do from a higher-up on what they could do. They didn't seem surprised that this happened. I ordered 72x80 sheets, but they were all odd sizes with some excess on each side. They suggested that I cut them down to the 72x80, and that will take off the parts that are torn... Unacceptable. I asked how that's fair, that I spend good hard earned money expecting a product as just as it was described online, and that's not what I received. I would have had to put hours of extra work into this just to make it useable. I don't have time like that when I need to get this and other projects done! I didn't pay for a 72ish x 80ish sheets of torn foam... In between the string of emails, I tried calling them to speak to a manager to get this sorted out in 5 minutes rather than a week's worth of emails, hoping that they might have some kind of integrity or care for their customers/products. No such luck, just more time talking with the rude receptionist with excuses as to why a manager is always busy, so I need to keep emailing with Eddy. I thought that maybe if I could get 20% back from what I paid, that would be sufficient for all of the bs they put me through and the extra work I had to do. It's foam, they have a ridiculously high margin on that stuff. But they couldn't even do that to satisfy me. This company has no integrity, customer care, or pride in what they do. I am severely displease and can't express how deeply I advise you to stay away.
