After many trips to Exotic Granite & marble, I finally made a choice for the granite for my bathroom. The slab I choose, for my double sink vanity, had a large dark line across the lower section. Dina promised me she would make certain they would cut from the opposite end, to avoid the mark. She said she even went to the back room, the day it was to be cut, to remind them to avoid that dark line. When the granite was delivered the black mark was prominent, right when you walked into the bathroom. It looked as if someone took a large black marker and drew on the white & grey counter. I sent it back, immediately. I was offered to come in & choose another slab. However, after a few more trips in, they had nothing I was interested in. Although the mistake was clearly their's, they only offered me $150 back, from my $300 deposit. When I finally got a beautiful granite, from a competitor, I called Exotic, and said I would settle for$200.. At that point I was told they would give me nothing back. As nice as Dina is, she clearly, does not make the decisions. I would not recommend Exotic Granite & Marble, especially when making such a major purchase..

Granite & Marble installed our kitchen and 3-bathroom tops in few hours and it looks amazing. thank you Nala for all the help and the color selections that you helped us make. we saved a lot with the selections that you advised us to make

Granite & Marble Depot did our kitchen counters and guest bath a couple years ago and it was such a great experience and workmanship when it came time to do 2 more bathrooms, laundry sink and full kitchen with huge island in our basement there was no doubt in my mind that Granite & Marble Depot was doing this job. Every employee I've worked with is very nice and know ledged in their craft. Today was the big install day and we couldn't be more pleased. My only sadness is that we now have all countertops in the house replaced so for now I wont need to go back and get to work with them some more. I highly recommend them for the price, workmanship, selection and wonderful employees. Thank you all!

Prompt, courteous and knowledgeable too. I asked a ton of questions, being all around annoying in the beginning. they answered every single question patiently. Good people.

This email to you is long overdue. Just wanted to thank you and your staff for the excellent service we received from our initial visit meeting you & picking out granite to the final installation. We have NEVER dealt with any company that does what they say they're going to do and show up on time when they are supposed to. The turn around time of one week from field measurement to installation was nothing short of amazing. We are very pleased with our granite and think it was a perfect choice. It was really a pleasure to deal with all of you and have such outstanding service. We finished our kitchen completely yesterday and it looks beautiful. My husband and I did everything ourselves and are very proud of the outcome. Am sending a few pictures to "show off" how beautiful our kitchen looks.
