I began taking Fiona the Fabulous, to Forest Shadows 1.5 years ago and have been a constant fan ever since. The staff is loving and caring to all the dogs and Fiona loves her time with the staff and all her doggie pals. The wonderful environment has encouraged socialization in a safe atmosphere. In addition to having a wonderful time, Fiona is well exercised and happy when she returns home.

You guys are wonderful. Dozer has been coming home exhausted every time after she comes here. I recommend you guys all the time to people! Thank you for all you do! The staff is amazing!

Great place. Wonderful staff. We have boarded our dog many times with no problems. Some dogs just don't like change and stress no matter what. Other places we have tried have not been as professional or consistent. But here Champ is fine and while he is happy to see us when we come to get him, he is as good as when we left him. I highly recommend this place.

Our little Molly loves Forest Shadows Pet Resort. Jenny does a great job with her grooming and playing with her. I know she's in good hands whenever we bring her here and I love that about this place.

Excellent service. My dog loves coming here and I enjoy bringing him. The staff is very loving and sensible when it comes to their care towards him. They do a great job of getting him plenty of exercise and he's getting healthier everyday thanks to them.

no no no stop!! do not take your dogs to this place!! i dropped off two perfectly healthy well taken care of bichons for 5 days and when i picked them up, both were sick! as i type this i'm listening to both dogs coughing, wheezing and hacking , and spitting up all over the carpet!! when i called to inform the management about whats happening, i was basically blown-off and told, "it's no big deal, this happens sometimes". really??? is that what i paid you over $300.00 for??!! no way!! you'll never see us again!! do not under any circumstances bring your dogs to these people! they have a sick kennel!

This is the best kennel/groomer set up we've ever used! The staff are very organized and attentive. They always take good care of Belle and we greatly appreciate them. Thanks very much!

They always do a super job. My dog is always well taken care of and are always on time with pick up! It's a pleasure bringing my Ruffin here. Keep up the great work!

We boarded our dog here for several days, and it was a pretty negative experience from start to finish. They told us over the phone that we would be able to pick our dog up on Sunday, but when we dropped her off they told us that we wouldn't be able to pick her up THAT Sunday, of course, because it was Easter. I wouldn't have minded so much if they had said that in the first place, but it was kind of a nasty surprise. When we did pick her up Monday morning, she seemed very stressed, which has not been a problem with the other places we've boarded her. On top of that, they lost the blanket and toys that we left with her, which made me wonder if they had ever put them in her kennel at all. Really bad service, and a negative experience for our dog.

This is "by far" the cleanest, friendliest, and all around great Pet Resort and Grooming center i've been to. My dogs always look their best when they leave and upon touring the facility...it was immaculate! Filled with happy dogs and cats at every corner. Outside and personal playtime. Leave your beloved four-legged family members here when you're away and no worries! :o)
