The overall visit was good I felt very comfortable. I did not feel scared the doctors make you feel nice and welcomed

Staff is always friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. The office as a whole understands the importance of running on time. They run a tight shift, always on time. Extremely efficient and effective. No B.S , only truths and transparency. I love Dr.Ayala and his amazing staff.

The procedure was quick. A little pain but not too painful. Doctor ayala and his staff are a professional bunch and made the process simple.

I was very please Dr. Ayala ENT office was taking precautions for the Coronavirus pandemic situation. Since I entered, they gave me hand sanitizer, I signed forms and they sanitized the pens. The doctor washed is hands before examining me. He was wearing a KN95 mask. All of his staff was wearing surgical masks. All Staff is very friendly and professional. The Doctor also demonstrated a UV light gadget that is used for disinfecting. I thought that was very innovative.

Very pleasant experience even though my situation was somewhat nerve wrecking. The doctor always made me feel at ease and explained everything in detail. The hospital he chose was also great and very clean. The staff at the dr.'s office was also very friendly and helpful. Very clean environment as well, my surgery happened during Clovid 19 so staff was extra helpful. Recommend it 100 percent.

Great and very patient Doctor. He explains everything with details, so that patients are able to understand their concerns and solutions.

Dr.Ayala was very thorough with my sons examination. Dr Ayala is great with kids and my son was happy at the end of his visit. The staff is friendly and helpful .I highly recommend Dr.Ayala and his staff .

Dr ayala did nasal cauterization since my daughter had multiple recurrent nose bleeds . Dr did describe everything before performing surgery , my daughter has been feeling better since surgery . She is currently undergoing allergy immunotherapy and has felt great since .

From the ladies at the front desk who were very helpful and professional to the M.A. In the room who attended me with care in noting down all of my questions and concerns. To Dr. Ayala who was EXCELLENT, patient, and professional in answering all of my questions. I Highly recommend this office!!! After getting a consultation down the street at another ENT who was always on TV I am glad I decided to come see Dr. Ayala.
