I had augmentation and a tummy tuck with Dr. Moncada. My results are awesome! My body looks better than before and I had children. He really explains the procedures in the consultation and is hones. The staff was very friendly and always helped me when I had questions after surgery.

Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. They've never pressured me to get any enhancements that I didn't need or wasn't interested in. They're always very respectful

It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most.

Dr. Moncada made me feel comfortable with my procedure. He made I knew of the risks, but I knew that I was in good hands. I didn't wait very long to be seen.

I felt that I was taken care of here. They followed up with me during my recovery process and explained everything that would be happening through the procedure. I felt very safe here.

This office is extremely professional. I just called in to get some basic information and the woman who answered the phone was so helpful.

A few months ago, I went to Valley Hand and Plastic surgery to get information on a Rhinoplasty. I was an avid field hockey player as a kid, and I guess I took one too many stick to the face because I broke my nose multiple times. The breaks caused a huge bump as well as breathing problems, not to mention the horrific snoring. To make a long story short, Dr. Moncada did a fantastic job with my nose. I feel beautiful again! The bump is completely gone and I have no one to thank but him.

I am so grateful to have found Valley Hand. A girlfriend of mine recommended Dr. Moncada to me. She mentioned how great the office is and that I should at least make an appointment. I am so glad I did, do not want to reveal too much but Dr. Moncada truly has a gift!

One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. Both the procedure and the recovery process were explained to me. They made sure I understood every step. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times.

I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back. Otherwise, I'm going to look for something better. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.

Dr. Moncado is an incredible Plastic Surgeon! From the moment I first walked into Dr. Moncado's office, I knew I had made the right choice. All of the staff members were warm and welcoming. The doctor and his staff are honest, caring, and have an amazing amount of personal knowledge! I highly recommend them!

It was really nice and professional of them to send me a whole bunch of informational material before my consultation. I was able to look through it, and find answers to all my questions before my actual appointment. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They offered plenty of financing options to work with my financial situation. I was able to pay for my procedure without any problems. They almost always have a promotion or special going on. Whether its a complimentary consultation for new clients or a percent-off a certain service, I always get some sort of discount.

Great practice. Appointments are fast and to the point. Not a lot of waiting around which I appreciate.

Dr. Moncada is an amazing surgeon! He genuinely cares about your thoughts and concern and how you look over all I had a great experience. The staff is great, very friendly and there when you need them! Surgery went great overall I would recommend Dr. Moncada to anyone. I had BA and I'm very happy so far a month post op and they look great !

Dr. Moncada is a doctor and an artist. From my first consultation he has been amazing - he listened carefully to what I wanted, was honest about what was possible and is always available to answer questions. His staff is also incredible, knowledgeable, warm and friendly. I feel like family at Dr. Moncada ‘s office. Post surgery Dr. Moncada came to see me no less than 3 times in my aftercare facility - remarkable! I am now 2 months post surgery and feel & look amazing! Dr. Moncada is a perfectionist and it shows!!!!

Dr. Moncada offers excellent care, and he is easy to speak with. He is dedicated and very thorough in his work. I will be recommending him to family and friends seeking cosmetic procedures.
