I recently purchased a new F-150 Stanley Ford in McGregor, TX. Mark Whiteside was my Sales Consultant and Leo Pacheco is the General Manager. I worked with both of these men for about two days to find the right truck and deal for me. Mark Whiteside was knowledgeable about all the models, colors, different options about the F-150 and answered all my questions. After driving a couple of models and a few more questions I thought I had the one I liked but I had one more question….”What are the colors that this package comes in?” Leo Pacheco said that it came in a Ruby Red and that he could have it here the next day. I agreed to purchase it, if it could be there the following morning. Leo call around Texas got a line on a one and had it there the next day (two minutes late) but I bought it anyways. After it arrived Mark went through the truck and all of the electronics of the vehicle and showed me how to setup my phone. In the meantime Leo was setting up all of my new accounts with Ford so that I had all of the gadgets available to me for my ride home. When I left the next day for my 10 hour trip I felt very good about the purchase I made. I didn’t feel pressured about anything, I was able to talk to anyone I wanted to mostly the service personal since I would see them more after the purchese. I left Stanley Ford with a totally clean and full truck. When it is time to buy another vehicle I will dive a little farther to go to Stanley Ford and work with Mark Whiteside and Leo Pacheco.Thanks Michael J GriffioenP.S.
