If you like service where they actually listen to your needs then this is the company. Jennifer troubleshooted with me over the phone and helped me fix my problem without ever sending anyone out. Who gives away FREE service like that these days? She could have easily sent someone to my house to make money, but she didn't. There are still honest people out there

Don't know what to say other than AWESOME, GREAT, KIND, HONEST people who run their company with dignity and pride

CAlled to schedule service on my washer yesterday. I had no idea they would be able to fit me in the same day. They came out, fixed my washer in less than 30 minutes at a GREAT PRICE and were on their way. I would highly recommend them

I called GM Appliance late in the afternoon on Memorial Day not expecting an answer, but Jennifer the owner was available to help me. Her customer service was over the top, she had someone at my house the very next day to install the microwave I had just purchased. Work was completed in a timely manner and everything was cleaned up afterwards. I would definitely recommend this company to any and all looking for appliance repair or installs. They are definitely an "A" plus company!

Hands down the BEST customer service our family has received in a long time! Jennifer is the one we spoke with when we called for service. She was very pleasant and helpful. Scheduling was very easy too. She was able to fit us in that day even though I didn't call until late afternoon. Walter is the technician that arrived to our home. He was professional and extremely honest. We had them out on a second opinion (they did not know) and you wouldn't believe he walked out only accepting the service call fee. My problem was so minor he said he would not charge anything but the trip charge. The first company I had out told me my total bill was going to be $385. Thank goodness I found GM appliance service. I would recommend them 100%
