I called MJM Appliance Repair on thursday 8-9-12 the came out the very next between the time frame I was given very nice people Mike and Mike Jr. they knew what they were doing and was finished in 10-15 minutes, they even showed me how to take a loose my washing machine that they were repairing, my husband and brother could not figure out how to take it apart. I would refer them in a heart very honest, and price was very reasonable, I will never use any other appliance repair company thanks again MJM Appliances. C.L.

This company is awful. I would not recommend anyone to use their services.

They came out on a Friday told us what we needed we gave them the service fee and we told them we wanted the repair. He did not have the parts on him and they were supposed to come back on Sat the next day between 4-7pm to fix the refrigerator. We defrosted our refrigerator because we were told that is what was needed before they put the parts in. They never showed up. We waited all day to make sure we would not miss the appointment. We called on Sat and were told to plug up the refrigerator and the technician will call us. We had to throw out food. They never came out.



I call them on Monday morning and he acts as if we were the bad guys. When you did not keep the appointment and you have our $30 bucks. Awful company and awful way to do business. Do business with them at your own RISK.

I made an appointment 5 days in advance, they gave me a few time slots to pick from so I picked 1-3. They were very specific that they would call before coming out and if I didn't answer the phone, they wouldn't be out. At 3:10 when I hadn't heard from them I called them to inquire about my appointment. Of course 'they were running behind schedule' and would call me when they were going to head my way. Well, it's 6:15 now, the office is closed and I never heard from them. Bad customer service, they may be good repairmen but I guess I'll never find out.

They were supposed to come out to fix our washer today between 3 and 5. No call to let us know that they wouldn't make it on time. So we called them...said it would be another hour before they could make it out. Never came. No call to let us know either. Now, I've wasted 5 hours waiting on them. We need to do laundry!

I called this company on a Sunday. I spoke with the owner, he was so informative and very nice I would definately call him back to have him come out to take care of any appliance need.

You can't beat these guys. Fast, Honest, Clean, Professional. They showed up on time, called first to say they were on thier way, knew what was wrong and fixed it with in 20 to 30 minuits. The bill was more than fair, and they refund the service charge if you have them fix your appliance. Most companies charge twice the service charge fee and will not credit your bill. This is the company I will call again if I ever need anything else repaired, and will tell friends and coworkers about them also.

These are the friendliest, quickest, and best-priced people...I would not hesitate to hire them again if I ever had an appliance break-down. They turned a headache into a pleasant experience and had us up and running again quicker than any other company--and their price was very fair. Very polite and even put on shoe covers. Explained everything in detail.

I called MJM yesterday for a issue with my dryer, the service on he phone was great! They gave me a time slot and was reasonable and honest. I can honestly the best experience I ever had with any service repair in my life. They were knowledgeable and the prices was fair for the work. I would recommend this company to anyone in southeast Michigan, they are simply the best at what they do. A satisfied customer.

Called at 10am and dryer was repaired and operating by 12pm. Repairmen explained everything that needed to be done, were very courteous and professional. I would highly recommend them and will use them in the future for any appliance repairs.

Appointment scheduled between 3-5 P.M. Called the morinig of appointment to verify and was told that the appointment was scheduled between 3-5. After 5, I called and was told that I was the next customer and I could expect a call shortly, as the technician was running behind schedule. They never called and a technician never showed. I called between 6 and 7 P.M., but no one answered my call.

Prompt, professional, the greatest!!!!

This team was wonderful. They came to fix our dryer. Arrived early (with a phone call confirming early arrival was okay) and quickly fixed the appliance. Mike explained everything thoroughly. I would/will recommend this company to my friends and family, as well as, use them when future needs arise.

mike and mike jr, were so nice to work with, they were honest and priced reasonable. they did their homework for my washer repair and brought out different part in case it was not the bearings, as it turned out it was not the bearings once the tub was removed. because they watched a video on my brand of washer and knew it could be one of two parts, they were prepared to repair my washer that day instead of coming out another day with the other part. i thought that was so proactive of them and a very responsible business approach. i would definately call mjm appliance repair again and recommend them to all my friends and family.

Mike and Mike kept both of their scheduled appointments, called before they arrived, fixed the problem and also fixed my lint screen at no charge as it was falling apart. They did have to come back, no fault of theirs, faulty design, but did so and were very professional and thorough, would recommend again, no hesitations.

MJM Appliance Repair proved that what is conveyed in these reviews is in fact accurate. I called MJM based on the positive reviews written about the company, and needing my dryer up and running. Mike and his son took their time in speaking and assessing what could be wrong with my machine.

The diagnosis was given and the estimate was completely accurate. Working in a professional and timely manner my machine was working in less than an hour.

This is simply an exceptional family-owned and operated business that is needed in this day and age.



I highly recommend MJM Appliance Repair!

MJM serviced our clothes dryer on a Sunday at no extra charge. Despite having a busy schedule, MJM was prompt and accommodated our time requirements. The service was completed to our complete satisfaction in a timely manner. We would use MJM again for any furture appliance repairs and would highly recommend them.

Highly reccomend this company! They made sure the washer was fixed right. Good to know there are still decent repair companies out there. MJM is the only appliance repair company we'll ever call!!

They were prompt, efficient and thorough. The problem was fixed. The warrantee is great! Real people that understand you want a good fix without an inflated price! Will definitely call again if I have any problems! Thanks!

I looked in the YP appliance repair. I called the first company and I got no amswer. So i called MJM and female answered and I told her my problem. She told me to that they will be over between 5 and 7pm. Then she called back about 45 min later and said they will be there in 30 minutes. Where they got here it took about 1 minute to find the problem and another 5 mins to fix it. It was not expensive and the warranty is outstanding. Thanks MJM for helping me in a time of need!!

I had a problem with my dryer. I called MJM Appliance Repair to see when they could come out to help me. I was shocked when he said that they could come out that same day.
