By far the best experience when buying a new car. I would make the 1 hour and 45 minute drive again to deal with this dealership. Don't change anything. You have earned my business when I am looking for another new car. Already have told someone who is looking to buy in the near future your dealerships name and location.

I was a loyal Saturn owner; over the last 20 years I bought three Saturns, one Chevy and one Oldsmobile and had all of the serviced at the Saturn dealership. When GM closed Saturn down I really wondered if I could find a dealer / service center that treated me as well as Saturn had. I was very pleasantly surprised to find that Mike Anderson not only equalled but has surpassed my experience with Saturn. The salesman at Mike Anderson, Paul Ong, did a great job making the buying of my new Malibu a great experience. The Service Department has been over-the-top professional and friendly. With Mike Anderson we have found our new long term car service center. We will take all our Saturns and Chevy's there from now on.

I was waited on by Kerry Triplett at Mike Anderson Chevy and she was very nice. She was patient with my husband and I on choosing the perfect car. She is also very accurate on the information she gave us. She even took the time to help us with the features in our new vehicle and helped us remove our items from our old car to the new one. I would recommend her to friends looking to purchase a new car.

Michelle did a great job explaining different vehicle options to me. She was informative, without being pushy. The finance manager, Tammy, went out of her way to help my daughter and I. We have purchased 2 new cars from Mike Anderson in the past year and a half. We followed Jonathan Devine and Bill Larson from another dealership because of the quality of service they provided. We had never owned a Chevy . The way this dealership is run is much more different than any other we have frequented. They are no pressure, friendly and much more competitive in price. All of the staff is friendly and makes you feel like family not a customer. We have nothing but positive to say about Mike Anderson and because of them, we are anticipating maybe purchasing another vehicle before years end.

Jessi started us off he was a great help with my daughter car. Johnathan then took over with my new car. Both guys took good care of us and got us great deals on great cars.

I was very impressed with the 2012 Chevy Sonic and Kelley O'Brien is an excellent dealer. He made my Wife and myself feel totally at home. He explained everything about the Cevy Sonic showed us some models including the Sonic we picked out and drove. He explained all details about the car and its options. My parents have bought two cars from him and recommended him to us. I would recommend him to anyone and have given his name and dealership to people at my workplace. He is an excellent dealer and I was completely satisfied with his service

My experience with purchase of my 2012 Camaro SS at Mike Anderson of Merrillville was excellent. My sales person, Brandon Lilly did a great job helping me purchase my Camaro. Brandon is very knowledgeable about the car and accessories I purchased and he made sure that everything went smoothly from start to finish. I am very happy with Mike Anderson Chevrolet and I will recommend Brandon and Mike Anderson to all my friends and family when they need to buy a new car.
