No one besides Juan will ever work on our 5th wheel. We have had issues at three different service companies, including 2 dealers. Juan has now been out twice, has been on time, very professional and he is exceptionally knowledgeable about rv's. His prices are fair and the services have been completed without incidence.

juan came over the other day to our home in the arizonian RV resort. in 2 hours he had moved my satellite in order to install an AC in my wife's room. perfectamente bien. machissimo. muchas gracias juan. i will tell everyone here to call you.

We needed repair on hot water heater and two AC units serviced. Called 4 Points RV Service and spoke with Juan. Juan came out and completed the job in a timely manner and the cost was very reasonable. I will only use this business for our 5th wheel repairs. Juan listened to my concerns and answered my questions, he knows RV's and he is polite.

Passing through Apache Junction we lost the 12 VDC charging line from the coach to the toad. Lucky for us we were rejected by 3 repair services as "do not have time for you" we connected with Juan. He is a very competent technician, judging the way he approached the problem, he had proper instruments and had the problem fixed in a jiffy. You'll do well to contact 4 Points RV Service when in Apache Junction. I am a very happy camper now.

We we were having trouble with our retractable Jacks on our 5th wheel trailers. Juan came out to our location...he came out more than once because he had to order a part. I have had Juan the owner this company work on my RV and he is the MOST dependable,dedicated and honest guy I know ! Juan and his crew replaced the carpet with tile in our MH and did a nice job. They also replaced the microwave/convection oven and again did a good job. We definitely will use them anytime we are in the Phoenix area.

We had a leak in our Hot Water which we couldn't get to, searching the Web, we found the item, 4 Points RV Service Ad appealed to us. Our Atwood heater was listed as one of the many items 4 Points RV Services. Upon contacting Juan for the Technical Service needed, he came to Mesa Sun Life Resort in 4 1/2 hours, with a impressive Full Service Truck, reviewed the problem with his Partner, with their special tool, Repaired the Leak Problem within an hour. Juan is a real find if you need work on your RV. We had refrigerator problems and he came out to the park more than once till the problem was resolved. His prices are very reasonable, especially when you do not have to move your rig to get it fixed!! He is very professional and knows his business! So glad we followed a neighbor's recommendation and called Juan. He even gave us a refund for some defective fans after we had left town!! Definitely give Juan a call if you have an RV problem.

Juan Romero is a genius, a gentleman, and completely dependable. Our wipers broke on our 2014 Thor Ace and no one could figure out what was happening, except Juan. We were blessed to find him and he patiently listened to our problems and he did the due diligence to actually identify and resolve the problem himself. He was happy to work with the manufacturing company to do the warrantee work and then saved us from having to once drive our motor home from the RV Resort to the manufacturer - great job! THANK YOU JUAN - YOU ARE AMAZING!!!!!!!

Totally awsome! Heater went out and I received same-day service and 1/2 hour earlier than expected. The circuit board was fried and he had a replacement. He also checked on the water heater anode. That was totally empty. He was able to flush the tank and then install a new one. (Need to replace every year. ) He cleaned up after the repair and was very professional. I will definitely use again, if I need a repair.

I had another mechanic lie and say that he had changed my fuel pump. So I was sceptical when Juan said the fuel pump was bad. He opened the gas tank with me right there and the fuel pump was *clearly* very old. Juan fixed it and charged me less than the dishonest mechanic. I am happy to say that Juan is a very honest mechanic.

He will even refer you to others if it is something he does not do like Body repair and painting. I plan to have him do more work on my Motor Home.

Since I met Juan he has done a number of repairs on my rv he is prompt an professional about everything he does an seems to surprise me in how Mich knowledge he has he has always fixed anything I've presented to him it seems like when I ask him about something to fix he says you know I do that the other day I told him I nerdrdto take my truck in to have air bags put on me says you no I do that same thing with bearings on my trailer instead of hooking up an taking trailer down somewhere an waiting for it he does it right where it sits its nice for me because I live in my trailer if you have any problem I would call Juan first before consulting anyone else he is a jack of all trades an he is the man to call

A total repair not just a fix it and run. I had a recurring yet intermittent problem with my coach levelers and Juan patiently stayed with the problem until solved. More professional service than imaginable but the bill was so reasonable. Polite, professional, dedicated, patient and HONEST!

Best mobile service we've ever experienced! Juan is honest, professional and works as if the RV was his own. Better yet, his bill was less than his estimate. We've already started a list of other repairs/upgrades for him to handle and will have him back as soon as we can.

My first experience with Juan Romero was last fall, a few months before he quit his job to run his business full time. This review is more about his character than his work, although both are excellent. Juan was sent to me by an RV wash company whose worker stepped on my bath skylight requiring replacement. He called me to talk about the job and said he'd be by sometime to measure the skylight. Well, he showed up a couple of days later...on a Sunday...in church attire...with his family. To measure. He didn't have to do that but he did. When he finally got the skylight, he came back to install it...after he already worked 10 hrs...in the dark. Oh yes...he has a habit of showing up on time to do the work. Since it was dark, I was not going to climb on to the roof of my coach. So Juan took a picture of his work, explained the work he did, and showed how it looked. I was impressed. Really impressed. Needless to say he became my go-to guy, and remains so, when I have a problem with my coach. Absolutely recommend.



I'm a full time RVer wintering in the East Valley.

I have used a handy local RV service for almost 15 years. It has always been a contentious relationship. The last service repair was a third attempt at getting the water heater to stop leaking when the pressure relief valve was near temperature shutoff. I paid for all three service calls and it came close to $600. Still leaks. My wife discovered that the manual explained that RV type water heaters pressure relief valves are SUPPOSED TO LEAK! They are a closed system, unlike a home water heater. The service center should know that. So I went looking for a new RV technician.



I found Mr. Romero's website. I immediately discounted it, thinking that such a service would be way to expensive. But, to make sure, I decided to call him and find out. I was prepared to spend as much as $120 for the service call, $275 for the converter, two hours labor at $90 each for $180, miscellaneous taxes, etc for $100. That comes to $675.



Mr. Juan Romero is a pleasant young man who is honest, does nice work and is inexpensive. His service call (he calls it a mobile service fee) is only $60. That alone is reason to use his services - he comes to me! The converter was only $190, the labor came to $75 per hour for 1.5 hours for $112. Taxes and shipping and shop fees, etc., came to a grand total of $387, $288 less than what I was willing to pay! I was so impressed by him that I gave him a $20 cash gratuity!
