I purchased an entire house full of furniture from V-Dub Furniture. I bought a custom couch by robert michaels for our family room. I bought a custom leather set from V-Dub for my formal dining room. 4 barstools, and entertainment center, a kitchen table with 6 chairs and a formal dining table with 10 chairs. Not to mention 3 bedroom sets. I googled all of the items and retail value was nearly $25,000+. I walked out of V-Dub paying $12,000. I feel like I got an amazing deal. They delivered all my furniture. They do not set up boxes items :( So my husband had to do it all. However one item was damaged so we called and talked with our sales associate Vance. He assured me that because we had paid for delivery that they would pick up the damaged item and bring us the new item. It took 2 days for them to get the new item out to us. I was very very pleased with the company and the quality of furniture I got and the price I got. It has now been 4 months since we bough and we are headed back to furnish our basement. They do have policies and procedures that I read through before I purchased. Overall I would rate the experience as very good. I found them to be very helpful and kind.

Amazing service... I have never been treated better in my life. I was helped by 3 of the V-Dub staff. They were so happy and the enviroment and atmosphere was so nice. This place was great and the staff was so friendly and nice. I got an amazing bedroom set. Absolutly love it! I will be back to buy my couch!

I purchased a couch, a dining room table, bed frame and headboard, nightstands and mattress from this store at a grand total of $3200. I left feeling pretty pleased about my purchase because they cut me some good deals and the stuff looked beautiful, BUT... since I've received my furniture, it's been HELL trying to deal with them. They are hard-core about their policies and seem to prefer to sticking to the fine print rather than solving problems and making the customer happy. Once they get your money, they don't care and have carefully constructed their policy so that they keep your money no matter what and make you do all the work in getting non-damaged merchandise. The dining room table was broken when I took it out of the box (the expansion mechanism for the leaf was made out of cheap plywood that cracked and the cushions had been punctured in the box by the screws in there); the headboard for the bed had some grooves and dents in it; the mattress felt like it was warped and sagging straight out of the packaging. Instead of treating me like a valued client and arranging for the pickup and delivery of new items (like they should've done!), they made me schlep all the damaged merchandise back by myself and call the manufacturers myself. They nickel-and-dime their customers about everything. Do not shop at this store if you like to be treated and respected as a valued patron. They obviously don't like repeat business!

I had a permanent grin on my face from the time I walked in till the time I left. I couldnt believe that I could create my own couch from scratch at a very good price. I absolutly love my couch and my family and friends cant get enough of it. I would definatley recommend this company.

We had been shopping for a Robert Michaels Sectional. We looked at several stores in Scottsdale. My friend told me of this place. We drove down to Mesa and we were EXTACTIC at the HUGE Selection they had of Robert Michaels. The sales people were super friendly and nice. We were able to pick out the exact same sectional we had seen at several other stores. it saved us quite a bit of money because we bought through V-Dub Furniture.

100% legit. I am a big fan of service. I understand that companies are not perfect. Being a business owner myself I understand that mistakes do happen but it is how a company handles them that makes all the difference. We had custom ordered in a couch. When it arrived we noticed several dings on the couch. We immediatly call

V-Dub Furniture and talked with our sales associate. He assured me that since we had already paid for delivery, that they would send out a warranty tech to look over the damage and either repair or replace the sectionals. Within 48 hours I had a call from there tech manager. I arranged an appointment with him. He came out to our house reviewed the sectional. He apologized for the inconvience and damages that had occured to the couch and assured us that he would have us a new couch within 1 weeks time. I am very happy to say that it was a total of 5 days and we had our replacement couch. Yes they did mess up our couch but the way and manner that they handled the situation is something to be said. Quality employees and staff at this company. It is every business owners dream to have staff serve there customers the way that I was. I will definatly refer people to this company. I felt like they were very honest and very good all around.

This place was FANTASTIC!!! We had a very specific couch style and color in mind. After months of look at other stores, we had a friend refer us to V-Dub Furniture. The service was amazing. The gentlemen were so kind and it was a pleasure to be around them. It took about 2 weeks for our couch to arrive. It is AMAZING!!! Our friends and family think we paid $10,000+ for the set. It looks like a million bucks and feels like a BILLION BUCKS. You need to go to this store. They can literally do anything for you.

hell of a time getting my new sectional in the house but "GOD I DIG THIS SECTIONAL" thanks guys. to anyone else reading... get the delivery

We went to V-Dub. They Designed a couch for us and it was AMAZING!!!! Once we got it home I had one of my friends who is in the business come and look it over. He said it was built out of solid wood. The springs had reinforcements and had an extra string hand tied across them for support. Also at the joints of the frame there were T Latches (IT HELPS MAKE THE COUCH STRONGER). We have enjoyed our couch a bunch and it was good to know that there are people / business out there still doing thing the RIGHT WAY and not cutting corners. I would definatley recommend this company to everyone.

Found this place on line. Got a sick bedroom set. Its the envy of all my friends. Other places wanted 6-8 weeks to order in the set. Got same set for a bit less and only had to wait 3 day.

I was reffered to this company from a classmate. I decided to visit there showroom in Mesa. I was pleased with the selection. I was able to order a very modern style black bedroom set. I ordered from there catalog and had to wait 10 days. I had seen similar sets at other stores for more than triple the price. I would tell you to visit this place.

I got a 3 piece living room set for $499 -- I have been happy with my purchase so far.

Today I was able to buy the Royal Collection Sofa and Love. I was able to Customize it EXACTLY how I wanted. A gentleman named Vance walked me through the customizing process. It was very easy and very fun. I Love my couches!! :)

This place has a huge selection and very very good prices. I got a 5 piece queen bedroom set for $550.. Wooo HOOO

This review is crazy. I went to creative leathers to build a couch. They wanted to charge me $8300 for a couch. I was then told by a friend about vdub furniture. I went into vdub and they matched the EXACT material and everything else that I had chosen at creative leathers. They were able to build the same couch for $5100. I feel like the couch has been great quality and amazing comfort. I have now had the couch for 9 months and I would say that this is an honest review of the company.

ROBERT MICHAELS...... Huge selection... I was excited when I found a local company in town that could get me the sectional that I have been dreaming of buying for over a year. The only other company I found was in Texas and they wanted $3300 for the set. I was able to order it from V-Dub Furniture. I picked the colors/ size / style ect, that I wanted. I saved over $1000 by order through them. The only down side was that it took 7 weeks for me to get my furniture. I was hoping to get it sooner but the sales rep had explained to me that it would take 6-8weeks to arrive. I LOVE LOVE LOVE my set. Its been several weeks and I couldnt be happier.

At first I was very reserved at purchasing from this place. It was more of a warehouse style showroom floor. The sales people were dressed in t-shirt attire. However after browsing for awhile I was very impressed with the selection and service. I did not see anything I liked on the floor, so I was redirected to several catalogs that were set up and prepared for me to look at. I decided to purchase an item from the catalog and it arrived in about 8 days. It was delivered on the 9th day. Just for kicks, I decided to google the bedroom set I had found. The cheapest I could find it online was $2300 + tax + shipping. I purchased for under $1500 for the same items. I got a good deal and in a timely manner.

I would recommend this place. It was very friendly and very low pressure. I was able to browse and view all of the items without feeling like I was being stalked. (Like most furniture stores). I was helped by a gentleman who was very nice. I was able to furnish my entire apartment for $3500.00. I feel like I got a great value and fabulous service. I would tell anyone looking for furniture to give them a try.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. I purchased a table and chairs and a sleeper sofa from these guys. The table was cheaply built and after 4 months of use one of the legs detached. The couch is very junky as well. It was supposed to have been leather but after having a friend who owns an apholstery shop look at it we determined it was vinyl. I called them and they swore up and down that it was genuine leather. I asked for a refund and they refused. These guys are crooks and I would not recommend that anyone does any business with them

Don't buy anything from this place that is built by them!!! The design and the product quality is a joke. The girl Amanda says she stages model homes...well that's the only thing the furniture is good for....staging...definitely not for actual use. They design and build custom couches that are so poor in quality that they literally make fart sounds when you sit on them because the filler and foam they use is inferior. You are better off with a place like creative leathers...you pay a little more but they don't use garbage materials and poor design concepts. Oh btw...the won't give you a refund for items
