Fabulous Customer Service !!! Stephen in Sales,has gone above & beyond the," Call of Duty", to provide personable, patient assistance in helping me, ( both times ), when shopping in your store in Mesquite. From selecting items, to measuring, assisting in delivery delays, & providing reasonable discounts... , ALL to make my purchases pain free, & Possible to Afford. .I have never received such excellent, NO pressure, service in a furniture store ! Teresa & Catherine were also very helpful at the desk in assisting me with paperwork, answering questions, etc.

Worked with Wayne. Went in on a Saturday and was immediately welcomed by Wayne. He wasn't overwhelmingly bothering us like they do at some places. He gave us our space to look around and would occasionally check on us to see if we had any questions. He make the whole process very easy. Would definitely go back and work with him again

We stopped in on Saturday night to cash in on some Black Friday deals. George came up and made us feel right at home. He walked us through the store and showed us around. We settled on a bedroom suite and we were off. Fast, easy and friendly. Great store. We will be back when we do our next room!

I was surprised at how many selections the store had. George of the Jungle was so helpful and took the time to go over pricing on several items. I will definitely be back to purchase more items!

I did my research online and then went to the Mesquite showroom to look at the floor model of the sectional I was interested in. On arrival, I was met at the door by George Leverett who took me immediately to the model I had researched. Asking the typical questions about build quality, George responded by removing the seat cushions and jumped on to springs bouncing up and down......SOLD!

Great service and awesome deal. This Store has a lot of options. Rosa at the Mesquite location was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Definitely going to send friends in family to this location.

When I first walked in I was immediately greated by Stephen. He had taken the time out of his day to show me everything I wanted to see and purchase inside my home.. we need more salesmen like Stephen. Will definitely do business again

Just what we were looking for, no pressure from salesman (Wayne), he was very helpful. Had hoped to take the recliner home with me, but had to ship from MS. I did think the delivery to my home was s but high, but otherwise, very pleased with the experience.
