Bought several pieces of furniture for both living room and home office. Everything was great from sales person Zach Thompson to the delivery. Great service, great choices and great quality.

Tony was so helpful and honest! I highly recommend him. Joe is great as well.

Karen Ross was awesome to work with! She took her time with no pressure and answered all of our questions! We are definetly coming back to purchase a side to go along with our love seat! Do yourself a favor and shop at Ashley's!! Ask for Karen!!

Ofelia was a great! She was not pushy, as most sales personal are, and very patient. She seem to know instantly that we were types that need to wander on our own and checked on us frequently to make sure if we needed any assistance. She made this shopping experience wonderful, and I plan on shopping here again and requesting her! Furniture here is great too, and great prices! Going to have hard time picking which couch I am getting.

Had a great and trouble free experience with Wayne Watson. It was easy and I get my delivery in a few days.

We bought ordered our furniture back in December were told we would get it in about 4 weeks. We still have no furniture and now we find out it won't be here till the middle of February. I would not recommend this place because no one knows what they are talking about. We get different stories Everytime we talk to someone up at this location.

RICARDO CUEVAS: After shopping for funiture for what seemed like forever, we bought our two loveseats because of the service that Ricardo provided us. We had no intention of buying anything else from Ashley Furniture from previous experiences, but he went above and beyond what was expected. He took significant amount of time on two separate visits, including carrying an end table across the store twice to see if it matched the furniture.

Purchase 2 bedroom set with cash money in February 2010 amount 35 hundred didn't receive my master bedroom set until may I can't stand this non professional place don't purchase nothing here this place is going to make very upset and that one star was an accident they get 0 stars

AWSOME EXPErIeNCE!!!! Very pleased customer. Besides the great quality mattresses and budget friendly prices their customer services was amazing. They where very friendly and helpful. Only regret not coming here first and wasting my time at other furniture locations.

Was told tuesday and given a quote on paper that I could have the living room furniture for a certain price when I came back today, get there and they tell me no way it was only good for tuesday and were very rude about it said I could be put on there preferred customer list and they would send me an invite for thursday's sale I kindly imformed them that if we could not do business today then I would be going to Harertys guess they did not need my money will not be doing business with them again

We went to the showroom and looked at furniture that would be durable and comfortable because we have rambunctuos kids and I dealing with pain from a recent back surgery. We saw what appeared to be an overstuffed reclining couch and love seat; It was pretty comfortable. We had intended on paying cash, but the furniture was not immediately available, so we made a down payment. We were told "I have to tell you that delivery would be within 2 weeks from the upcoming Monday" using body language and tone like it would probably be sooner. We also bought the service agreement. When we went to do the paperwork , we saw "RAC Acceptance" and decided not to do business with "Rent A Center" and started to walk out. They said it had nothing to do with "Rent A Center". When it was delivered, we thought it would fluff up. They sent a technician and he stuffed the zipper compartments and said he couldn't stuff the rest of it. After hours of being transferred, they won't do anything; not even with the service agreement. 1 star is too high of a rating.
