Doctor Barbara saved my face! I had been going to a very popular dermatologist in Lakeview for many years and she had done fillers under my eyes. It left me chronically swollen with malar mounds for over a year and every time I went back the condition just got worse. Finally, I left that practice and booked an appointment with Dr. Bopp. Dr. Barbara took one look at me and knew exactly what to do. Within 2 weeks I had a 90% improvement. I am forever in her debt and she has a patient for life!!! She also has a wonderful bed side manner. Thanks Dr. Barbara.

Dr. Barbara Bopp is absolutely amazing!!! Being a resident physician myself I came into my appointment terrified of walking out looking like a different person. She made me comfortable re-assured me multiple times that her approach to dermal fillers is "a natural softer version of you". She did exactly that! She smoothed out several areas around my mouth/smile line, under eye circles, and a tiny amount in my upper lip. Being 31 I was conscious about my dark under eye circles from the long hours at work, she lifted this area without a problem in the most natural way possible. I'm walking out today feeling more confident and comfortable than ever! The pain is nothing too different than getting upper lip and eyebrows threaded. I went ahead and opted out of using any topical numbing agents. The staff helps distract you from the pain with little massaging techniques and before you know it the injection is done!!

Pricing may be another aspect women fear quiet a bit. I had mentally prepared myself to spend a good amount of money, but I wasn't surprised at Dr. Bopp's amazing talent when she completed all areas of my face with just ONE syringe!!! She really goes the extra mile to work around her patient's needs, and wants. I highly recommended the Bopp Practice. You will not think twice after your first encounter. Thank you Dr. Bopp for everything.

I wanted to say I had 2 appointments with Julie and she did an excellent job. She is very skilled in her field and knowledgeable in what she does. Julie does a great job.

Overwhelming pleased with the professionalism and friendliness of the office, as well as, my results after each appointment and procedure with each provider at Bopp Dermatology. I've been a patient for close to two years now, and every time I leave the office I am more than pleased with results.

After my brother and his wife recommended Dr. Barbara Bopp, this was my first visit and it was looking like I was going to be late. When we encountered our third slow down at the ‘high rise’. I declared I was going to turn around and just find a new dermatologist closer to home in Mississippi. I knew I wasn’t going to like this Dr. Lady because I was sure she was going to walk in with that little spray gun and start zapping spots without caring that I’m a wimp and really don’t like pain. In fact, I really don’t want to be here at all. My ‘wimp factor’ was sky high. My wife said “we’re more than half way there, so why not just go see, maybe you’ll like this doctor”. I said: I know I’m not going to like her. On her website she looks too young to take time with an old wimpy curmudgeon like me.

We arrived right on time and I was immediately ushered into the exam room as I was completing my paper work. Dr. Barbara came in and we discussed my fears. She assured me she and everyone at her office was dedicated to making sure I would be comfortable and feel no pain. She then took time to give me a thorough exam and explain exactly what she was going to do. She even went so far as to tell me not only was I going to feel no pain and I would overcome being a wimp, but I was even going to look forward to future visits. I stopped her and told her she crossed a line with that last one. I have never looked forward to going to the dermatologist. Then she told me I would need a biopsy from my cheek and I said, TODAY? Again she assured me I would feel no pain. At which I snickered.

After the biopsy and freezing three other spots, I was home in MS and in total disbelief that I felt no pain AT All. Not only no pain but after this experience I couldn’t believe I was actually looking forward to returning and having the other places that needed attention taken care of.

The only way this experience could have been better is if I would have been paid rather than me paying to see Dr. Barbara.

I sincerely want to thank Dr. Barbara and everyone at her office for their kindness and efficiency and I do look forward to seeing you all on my next visit.

Knowledgeable, patient, and caring.

I recently had filler with Dr.Barbara and it was amazing! I was always scared to get because everyone said it hurt so bad but that was not the case with her. Her touch was so soft and I really didn't feel much at all. I love how natural I look now. I look like me just polished!

Dr. Barbara extremely artistic and knows precisely where to sculpt. Natalie touches eyebrows and other areas with tapping. Tapping distracted me, so that I barely felt the injections. Sculptra and restylane - excellent, long-lasting serums. Dr. Barbara and Natalie have a magical partnership and the two together make the experience pleasant and effective.

Julie Hollister was very patient and knowledgeable in providing me with options for my skin care treatment. I Know my skin is damaged and in bad shape, but she was encouraging and supportive during the entire appointment. I have been to another office in the Metairie and left feeling Terrible. I felt like the office staff was judging me the entire time I was there. They even told me that there was No Way my lines could be treated in just one visit. I'm sure that was true, but it was embarrassing to have it announced at the front desk in front of other patients. This office is very supportive, and I have recommended you to Many friends.

Julie was very professional and also very loving and friendly. She made me feel like a real every-day person and not like another patient being pushed through the system. I feel like she had my best interest in mind and at heart. She is a terrific listener and I think she "gets" me! I was a little fearful to ask, but in prudence asked about pricing and was not made to feel like Bopp Dermatology was not for me because I don't have unlimited expendable funds to use on my skin care and beauty. Quite on the contrary, Julie worked with me to get me lined up with a skin care regimen that is both right for my skin and my budget. I can look forward to treatments that are more expensive by saving and planning ahead for them rather than leaving my appointment feeling like I will not be able to do what's best for my skin and how I feel about the way I look due to cost. Thank you for making me feel at home! I actually feel like I became a part of the the Bopp family rather than another patient representing "opportunities" to make the company more money. It is always a pleasure to come here. I leave feeling younger and healthier. Dr. Barbara rocks. I am 60 years old and feel like I look mid 40s. So worth the $ cause it lasts so long.

Excellent experience with the HydraFacial. Will be back for our next 2 treatments soon!

I found this time Dr. Barbara had me put a vibrating device that I was in charge of and made it Much more comfortable for patient.
