I had a great experience getting my teeth cleaned today! My hygienist, Shana, did a fantastic job!! :)

I was worried about my daughter getting four teeth pulled at once, but they made her as comfortable as possible. 24 hours later she's back to her old self.

It was overall good but the wait time to verify insurance was terrible.. I had two appointment s .one for 11 and one for two. I had to come back for two . everyone was nice though and patient

The staff was very pleasant will at the office. During checkout with the dental assistance voiced my concerns about the medicine prescribed to my 17yr old daughter. He adviced me to not get one of medicines fill and the Dr. would call another in it's place. Well, needless to say that did not happen so I called the office to see what happened maybe they sent it to the wrong pharmacy. While speaking to the office manager she adviced me my daughter was not in any pain and should follow the directions for taking the meds. Needless to say my child is stiil in severe pain, nauseated and is seeing spots. So while in the office they are wonderful but if you need something after you leave their office they are very unprofessional. I find her comment about my daughter not being in pain after having two wisdom teeth cut and pulled out of her jaw is equal to me telling a mother in labor to calm it down you are not in any pain.

The staff was great with my son..they took my son's problem very serious.I recommend kool smiles in metairie

I thought this was only a kids office, but to my suprise it was for adults to. They took really good care of me.

My son doesn't like Drs, and he's had a bad experience at another dentist office. Jude made the experience pleasant and fun for him. Thank you so much for your patience and making my son comfortable

I went in with my daughter today because she had a tooth ache . They had a tooth whiting special for $99. I got my trays the same day. Thank you ladies

Im from Maryland but I was in New Orleans visiting family. I found myself with a tooth ache and I walked in as an emergency and they saw me the same day. Thank you Dr. Igoe for making me pain free the rest of my visit.

The best dental experience ever. I've always been afraid of the dentist, but the staff was so comforting and playful that my anxiety went away. The ladies were wonderful, caring, and full of jokes.

My daughter loves it!!!! Great kid friendly atmosphere and the entire staff made my family feel very welcome! Will definitely be back soon

My experience here today was wonderful all the staff really take the time with my kids. It's always a pleasure when I come.

My granddaughter has been here twice and she and I both love it... The Staff is very friendly and make the kids comfortable and she's 2 years old so it's not easy...

First visit with my daughters and it was a great experience. The Office Manager stayed with my kids while they were being seen because I had a one child that wasn't been seen. They had a visit that exceeded my expectations
