The gym overall is pretty good, I enjoyed working out there for the past 2 years

I love this gym. I joined it back in Nov '13 and have been coming here religiously.

I've got to say that this is THE BEST traditional gym I've visited in the area

If you want a gym that looks nice then go here. The owners build state of the art facilities however, often alot of cardio equipment is broken especially tvs and dirty. If you are looking for qualified staff don't go here. A lot of the staff is not even certified fitness professionals. This facility is known to pay the cheapest rates for instructors and trainers. The front desk are all young kids with no fitness experience. I do want to say when I was there themost of the good instructors and trainers left because of pay. As a member they sold me on all the classes they offered little did I know that the majority of them are not good and as I got to know other members and staff I found out they paid half of what other facilities pay. I couldn't end my membership any quicker.
