Renovations Property Management is a nightmare. No one at their main office speaks english. I know I am in Miami, but a basic understanding of the english language for a management company would be nice. I have never been so frustrated trying to take care of a problem in my life, something that should take 30 minutes has turned into a 4 day ordeal. If you are trying to decided on a management company, do yourself a favor and skip this outfit. If I could give them negative stars I would

Como presidente de la asociación de mi comunidad durante varios años he tenido experiencia con varias empresas de administración de condominios y puedo decir honestamente que Renovations Property Management es una de las mejores compañías de administración. Ellos me han dado tranquilidad y han mejorado mi comunidad tremendamente con su servicio de colección, mantenimiento, atención de cliente y mas.

Great condominum management company solved my problem fast. Helpful and friendly staff, one of the better condo management companies out there.

Mi opinion sobre esta compañia referente a Verabella Falls es la mejor, Soy dueña desde que se hizo el cambio de rentar a condominium,nunca se ha visto tanta organizacion,limpieza y honestidad,el comentario antes hecho es de una persona que no cumple seguramente con la regulaciones de la asociacion, esto era un desastre,nunca habia informacion.La antigua administracion no contaba con nosotros para nada,literalmente era un desastre, gracias a la nueva junta y Renovations property management hasta hoy es lo MEJOR QUE HA PASADO POR Verabella............................

I am shocked to see so many poor reviews. My community was totally out of control, there were people from the condominium next door parking in our area and using our pool, the buildings were in poor condition, and many other problems but in the year that they have been managing our condominium things have been improving. They have answered all my problems and have made the place I live better to me that makes them a great management company.

This has been the management company of my condominium for years and I have never had a problem with their work. Recently I became a board member in my condominiums association and I was able to witness first hand how they handled everything in the office. They answer their phones quickly and attend all the messages quickly. They have 3 trucks to go to the condominium and friendly staff.

This is the WORST Management Company around. Very unprofessional. According to them they have no fax number, no email address. The residents have to go there in person to submitt anything. They don't return any of there phone calls
