After taking the car to 2 other ford dealers one in Odessa and one in San Angelo, for the same problem, it was your service department who took the time to figure out the problem and correct it. I can see of no improvements.

I am a 19 year old college kid who was interested in purchasing a new truck to accommodate my work/travel for college.
