I was very impressed with the technicians that came by to treat my house. I had some errands to do so I called and they came over early so that I could have time to get them done. They addressed all of my concerns and were so polite and friendly! I really appreciate the way they take time to make sure I am satisfied with their service. They showed me how to use the mouse traps and went over everything that was done at the end so I knew that everything was taken care of. I would definitely recommend them to a friend. We had our first treatment today, so I haven't seen how effective the treatment is yet, but everyone we've interacted with has been very nice and professional. Jeremy was patient with us during the sale and Aaron explained everything clearly as he sprayed the house, inside and out. We're excited to see the results!

I dealt with four employees of Moxie today and was very satisfied with each one of them. They were professional and very nice. Brad was the salesman, then I had a welcome call a few hours later and just 20 minutes after the welcome call the technicians, Alvin and Jacob, came to do the first initial spray. They were very thorough with both the spraying and the overview at the end. They informed us of some wasp nests we didn't even know we had and also focused on getting rid of the ants and spiders in our yard. I haven't seen the result yet as to how effective the spray is, but as for the company so far they are wonderful!

Alvin and Jacob were very professional and did a great job!! Moe did a very good job as well describing the company and the service they provide as well.

Aaron was very thorough in checking, and spraying, for pests... he went along my fence-line because I told him I had seen wasps in the yard. My mouse traps were checked, no mice, and he said he didn't see any reason for me to worry for pest infestations or evidence of any current activity...Thank you so much for easing my worry of pests!!! I would, and have, recommend this service to anyone...with or without pest problems ( it never hurts to be pro-active). Thanks again!

Aaron was very nice and knowledgable. He was able to take care of all our needs. I am extremely satisfied with the service Moxie provides and I know if I see any problems they will come out and try to fix it.

The first two visits we had I was not very satisfied with the attention we received and the time spent. Alvin has serviced us the last two visits and did a great job! He did a thorough job, way beyond what the others had done. He spoke with respect and listened to our concerns. This time around we had an issue with mice. He showed knowledge on the subject, shared it with us, and then completed the included service. At the end although he had done everything required I felt he would have done more had I asked. That is what good customer service is!!!!!

I did not like however that the company themselves called the day before they wanted to come and then would come whether I was home or not. I had no way of knowing if they actually did anything and I also didn't have the option of having them do the interior of the home which was included in what I paid for. I also didn't like that I paid the same each time and yet the service I received was not.

Jahmal went the extra mile including spraying the second level of the rock wall. Took care to see that cat was safe too. glad he came and got the wasp nests.

Alvin came today and did such a wonderful job with my place. He explained everything to me in a great way - and was very knowledgeable and knew what he was talking about. I am completely satisfied with MOXIE - and would recommend to anyone! Thank you so much!
