I have shopped those nationally adverstised stores but I always came home to Continental. Now I don't even waste my time, I go straight to Continental and have yet to be disappointed.



Every time I walk into the store I am always made to feel that I am the only customer in the store, whether I am just looking or ready to make a purchase.



The selections they have are unique and the quality is far superior to any other jeweler I have visited. I am not a gemologist by trade but I am confident that the national stores could not beat Continental in price based on quality. I view jewelry as not only a gift but an investment. If you want that investment to increase in value you need to start with a quality item. I know the items that I have purchased will be in the family forgenerations to come.



Beth, Holly and the zaney red head all pay attention to what I am looking for, the price range I want to stay in and they never stray by trying to up sell. If I am not exactly sure of what I want they have unheard of patience, ask questions to help narrow the search and have yet to disappoint me with their suggestions.



They have one of the most unique assortments of jewelry I have ever seen. The staff all know the product they are selling and are more interested in selling the customer what they want rather than making "the" sale. That is what keeps me going back. That and the cookies and knowing just the right amount of coffee to put in your Bailey's when doing your Christmas shopping - you rock Beth!

This family owned business is the most fantastic place to shop for quality jewelry. Each and EVERYTIME I need angift I am completely overwehelmed by the service I receive, the great staff and wonderful hands on time. I never leave without that extra special something. Any person can assist you, and they truly care about your satisfaction.

Everything about Continental Diamond was amazing! I originally went to Wedding Day, Shane Co and Jared first. After looking at these places and having difficulties, I called Continental... I wish I had gone there first. I went to Continental and it was way better than everywhere else, from friendliness of staff, selection and without a shadow of doubt... price!The owner and the consultant I worked with, Holly Weston, were amazing! They took the time to answer all of my questions with no pressure and helped me to find the best deal within my budget. They are more concerned with making sure you get the best deal / ring possible, then making , "The huge sale"!Every other place I went to wanted to upsell me, charge me hidden fees and basically were more concerned about making as much money as possible, instead of helping me to get what I wanted!!!!I would and will recommend Continental Diamond to anyone who wants to find the perfect ring at the perfect price!!!

I can't begin to describe what a comfortable and friendly atmosphere is presented at Continental Diamond. The staff is extremely friendly and inviting. On top of that, they do an amazing job of making it an "event." As you walk in, they offer you wine, beer, water...whatever you want! Oh, did I forget to mention the freshly baked chocolate chip cookies? Some places may offer this and try to win people over. They just have it there as icing on the cake! I have been treated like a king and I've yet to purchase from them! They have been extremely patient helping me work through this process. On top of that, they have been incredibly honest. I don't feel like I'm working with a sales person trying to make a deal. I feel like I'm working with a friend that's helping me make the purchase of a lifetime. I hope this explains how much they cater to the customer. They've made this experience unforgettable. I'd recommend everyone looking to begin this process give them an opportunity to win your business. Believe me...they'll do it!

I thought I knew what customer service was until I met Judy at Continental Diamonds. Nothing pleases her more than to see someone leaving the store happy. The staff at C.D. look out for their customer's best interests, identify the miriad of options and where you can receive the best value. The selection of merchandise is second to none when it comes to quality, beauty, and value. Chain stores can't hold a candle to Continental Diamonds in personal attention and the highest standards in jewelry of all types. A truely rare combination.
