After calling a number of lawyers on the Sunday morning of my arrest Joel was the only one that answered. Thank God it was him! He assured me that he would take care of me and even contacted my family for me. He guided me through the legal process so I understood everything that was going on. Everything happened the way he said it would. I felt he really cared about my situation. He told me "No one would work harder" for me than him. I do believe that and highly recommend his services if you ever find your self in a situation that requires representation.

I reached Joel from the phone book late on a Saturday evening while detained by the police for a DUI, and he responded immediately with understanding and clear advice. Joel is both highly competent as an attorney and knows how to navigate the court system on behalf of his client; more importantly, he shows great empathy and concern for his clients in the process. He sets reasonable expectations throughout and is incredibly responsive to calls, which I sought to keep to a minimum. Most importantly, he was able to negotiate my case down to careless driving and yet made sure that I completed an important chemical assessment and class prior to our time in court. He was prepared and, again, demonstrates true concern for his client. I have never been in this kind of situation and did not know how to handle it, and Joel was a tremendous and skilled help and achieved a better than expected outcome on my behalf. I would hire him again, and he was a pleasure to work with.

I faced a 3rd degree DUI after being pulled over and blowing a .23 BAC. This was my first DUI, and I found myself very nervous about my the outcome of my case and had no idea what the legal process would look like since it was my first offense. Joel was extremely prompt in providing me with the information on my case and what was expected of me. During my case I was able to live my life at ease as he did the work behind the scenes, while keeping me in the loop. The final outcome for me was a minimum fine, eight days of community service, and a one day DUI class. Joel did all of the leg work to help me get the best results possible and was very professional, caring, and informative through the entire process. He charged a very reasonable flat fee for his representation and I could not have asked for a better lawyer or better results in my case. I was charged with a 3rd Degree DWI and was lost at where to begin in the entire process that initially felt very overwhelming. I had spoken to several lawyers before talking with Joel and wasn't satisfied with any after speaking with them. Once I spoke with Joel I immediately felt comfortable with him, he told me exactly the actions that he wanted to take and what would be required from me. To anyone needing a lawyer take my advice and hire Joel! I had no experience with the legal system and or the courts so when I got my first DWI last year I was very scared and wanted to hire a lawyer who would really care about me and my case! Luckily my husband works in the same building and talked to Joel shortly after he was on my case. I work weekends so Joel was kind enough to meet me at the Starbucks near my work so I didn't have to miss work. He was prompt, friendly, and informed me on the process with the courts, the interlock, classes, and my chemical assessment. He had great references for both the DWI class and chemical assessment counselor. Joel is great and will work hard for his clients.
