Tech showed up on-time and was knowledgable about floor drains. He did the floor drain but then had to do the main line to the street. One thing that was a bummer is that he didn't have a cleanout plug that fit my floor drain, so now I have to go find one.

My plumbing is working perfectly again! Thanks to Derek #4349. He kept a very professional attitude and made sure 100% that my plumbing is working again before he were willing to leave. 100% recommend and make sure to ask for Derek. Indeed a very hard worker, professionally and friendly and answer all the questions I had.

Fred #4155 was my tech he was prompt, courteous and professional. He explained everything to me and did a great job.

Plumber was an hour and a half late outside the 2 hour window they gave me. Work was not completed as the guy broke a bolt on my toilet. He said he was sending a plumber to fix the problem and he never sent one. I had to get in touch with a manager and I’m still waiting for the plumber over 12 hours later. I was also charged more than the original quote I was given at the beginning of the work. Not happy as I am left with an inoperable toilet and the toilet was not the problem I called them over for.

Aleister tech # 5504 did a really nice job at my house. I would HIGHLY recommend if you have a backed up sink or your main drain needs cleaning to ask for Aleister! He also educated about how to prevent future drain problems.

I had Brian #936 come out on Feb 22 and in just a couple hrs after scheduling on line. He explained the issue and helped me understand preventative measures for future. I will use Roto-Rooter in the future!

Our floor drain backed up in the middle of this MN cold snap. Water everywhere in the laundry room - it was a mess. Roto-Rooter got to our house exactly as promised. Jordan, the technician, was so great. He checked out the problem, told me what he needed to do to fix things, gave me an estimate of the cost and time needed for services and answered ALL my many questions. He was polite and professional and very easy to work with. He got the work done, tested everything, cleaned the work area, and gave me some ideas to minimize future problems, AND had his dispatcher call to set up some other diagnostic tests on the pipes. It was cold and miserable and he was wonderful. I would call RotoRooter again for any plumbing problem.

Darrell was the professional that came to our house. He was very knowledgeable, polite, interesting to talk to, educational, and worked tirelessly to make sure everything worked great before he left. He also did a great job of cleaning everything up from his work and taking it all with him. Very good stuff!
