Provided by YP.comThis business does not deserve a star rating. I wouldnt take my dog to this place. You see Kool Smiles every where when u google Dentist, Dont fall for it. Do not take your child here. They have no respect for you as a parent, so why would they have any respect for your child. I dont even know how they are still in business, actually I do, But that's beside the point.

Provided by YP.comawfull...Please do not take your kids here. They only care about profit (seeing as many kids as fast as possible) and care nothing about the kids, even torturing them in my opinion. They are very impashent and horrible with kids. At first it looks great with the play ground and all, but the moment you go back it is a whole different story. My first visit and bad experience was that even though I has 2 little scared girls, they would only let one parent go back, so therefore that left one little girl alone and scared in a strange environment with strange people that they could not understand speaking. I noticed back their that the children about 6 years old were back thier without any parents. Children need their parents at the dentist, and this is a ridiculous rule. now I am not prejudice at all and welcome everyone to this country, however in this situation I need someone who can speak in a way that my kids can understand, someone who can show empathy and compassion. The hygientist and the both dentist all had such heavy accents that I could barely understand them much less my kids. Therefore they were completely useless to sooth my children's fears and didn't even try. Now when filling out the paper work in the lobby, I made it clear that I did not want my 3 year old to be held by force. I feel like this is mistreatment and will only make future visits harder, maybe even traumatizing her. Well despite my clear direction their were 3 people holding her down, and the dentist was trying to pry her mouth open with a metal tool. I said thats enough and stopped them, she was scared to death. Then they wanted to take her to the hospital and put her to sleep, just to see if she has a cavity! After that I took her to whites pediatrices and they actually talked to her, kinda made a little game of it. The doctor their had no problem checking for cavities, and of course she had none. I feel like putting a young child to sleep is to be taken seriously and is dangerous, and should not be done because a dentist is impashent with a child. Now my second child (7 yrs) was their to get her 1st cavity filled. she was very scared. We told her strait up the truth what to expect, that the needle would hurt for a second then she wouldn't feel nothing. When she went back there she told the dentist she was scared of needles and he obliged giving her no pain medicine.at this point, i should have demanded he numb her, but I trusted him when he said he could do it without hurting her. He Lied. He was hurting her the whole time, and when she would cry he would say "I'm going to give you the shot if you don't stop crying" in a threating way. and afterwords he said "see you were crying for nothing" which I found very distasteful, because I could see she was in real pain, even bleading from her gums. Also I had to demand that they give her a little break, they were hurting her and she would ask them politely to sit up just a second. the 3rd time she asked, and the 3rd time they said no, I stood up for her and said, she needs a second, give it to her. To expect a very young child to sit still with her mouth pryed open for 30 minutes without allowing a requested short break, but allowing them to make the heavy decision on not having pain medicine is absolutely ridiculous. And did I mention he did not even ask me if I wanted her to be number, I ofcourse would have had her numbed. They didn't give her any lauffy gas, not even a rub on numbing or pain medicine. Then they mocked her pain. The hygenist and dentists were trying to work fast not right, taking no time for the young patients emotional needs, I will never be back!
