He is EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL, OFFENSIVE, and DEROGATORY! Unprovoked, he said my wife and I had "NO COMMON SENSE" and "ASK THE MOST FUCKING RETARDED QUESTIONS", and hung up on me after asking a basic question about work to be performed. He does not know the brand of the products he installs. Overcharges for a part he says will fail in less than 4 years. Way to stand behind your products you sell. Said the water heater came with 7 year warranty, only has a 6 year warranty according to manufacturer.
We hired Bill to do a basic water heater install. During the install, he insisted we install an anti-scolding valve per code. Okay, that's fine, but when my wife asked if it was a Honeywell brand valve, he said "Never heard of them". After the install, we looked and there is a large label on the valve that says Honeywell.
After the inspection was done, Bill called and told us we need a new chimney liner. I said, "Okay, but don't we have a chimney liner?" (which we do). He literally exploded on me, saying "YOU AND YOUR WIFE ARE THE MOST EDUCATED PEOPLE WITH NO COMMON SENSE" and "YOU ASK THE MOST FUCKING RETARDED QUESTIONS". He followed up by saying that "I'M NOT DOING ANY MORE WORK FOR YOU", and abruptly hung up on me.
I deeply regret hiring Bill in the first place, and his customer service is the worst I have ever experienced by any company, period. His unprofessional, and completely unprovoked reaction to a basic question was completely INAPPROPRIATE and UNWARRANTED, not to mention extremely politically incorrect, offensive and derogatory to the disability community! Shame on you.
If I could, I'd give Bill zero stars. He'll NEVER get my business again, and I'll make sure I tell everyone I know in Missoula and the surrounding area of my experience so they don't make the same mistake either. He is unworthy of my business and yours.

Have used Bill for a couple jobs and even had my daughter use his services. We were pleased with the work and response time. Fast forward 2 years. Needed work done so got Bill out to look the first week of May. He said he would be back to me soon. By the end of May I decided to start calling. June 18 finally got to talk to him and he told me he was "busy with 60 jobs and forgot...sorry about that." Don't think those 60 jobs were there when he took on my job. Very disappointed in unprofessional and inconsiderate treatment. Moving on.

Knew exactly how to fix the job , was done in a timely fashion and would recommend to anyone in need of a fix. In an emergency this is the place to call.

I have to say things have changed, had him come out for a clogged plumbing, spent 342 dollars started acting up less 24 hours later, called said they could get back out till monday (this was thursday). Sewage coming up the drain! and my family would need to wait over 4 days! Called another outfit, out they first thing friday morning, pulled toilet, snaked

Bill Thomas is one of the worst people I have ever met. He comes into your house, charges WAY too much, then yells at you if you call him out on it. He us untrained. He also isn't certified for Air Conditioning work, but he advertises it so helpless old ladies call him so he can take advantage of them. He employs people, uses their talent and skill, treats them HORRIBLY and then pinches them out when he can no longer steel anything from them. He is NOT a christian and he should pray really hard for they way he runs this business.

BILLâs recently worked in my house. I just looked over the business bragging points on their website and I would highlight every one of them. Three years ago Jason put in my whole-house water filter system. It is a major new âarteryâ off the main water feed. When he finished he cheerfully handed me a bill quite a bit below his estimate. This has been a solid and trouble-free installation. Last week Bill himself checked out my 3 toilets, all flushing slow. Two were only 15 years old and always did back up frequently. Bill had the mechanical and historic background on these units, explaining things to satisfaction, including product info that I checked out myself. Conclusion: toilets that work great, installed the next day. Finally, he replaced an outside faucet whose problem was also related to a slow leak he found under the house. Both these guys are knowledgeable and do a thorough job. They keep things moving, explain whatever you want explained, and are right there on time. I highly recommend these plumbers.Tony Beltramo

Today, we all have our own doctors, hairdressers, mechanics, massage therapists. Well, Bill is our plumber. We know we'll need to see him once a year, and he's always quick to respond and fast to fix our problem, which almost always occurs on the weekend. We got his name from our neighbor, who also thinks of him as his family plumber. There's no reason to look any further. Use Bill's Plumbing and you'll be so satisfied you'll add his name to your contact list.

I called Bill's at 9pm, and they were right there. It could not be fixed immediately w all the problems there was but they came back the next day and fix everything. Even figured out a problem that would have been dissasterous if left untouched. Thank you guys SO MUCH!

I called to schedule an appointment and was treated like I was their top customer. When Bill showed up he was very professional and I had several tasks for him to fix. He was very knowledgeable on everything. He came in and did an excellent job in no time at all, told me up front how much it would cost. No waiting all day for someone to show up was awesome!! They are the best....I have tried the rest. I will never call anyone but Bills 24 hour ever again!!

We have had to have Bill come out and take care of our sump pump. He came the very day we called and also earlier than he said he would. He installed the pump that afternoon and we were up and running again. We have had him out 2 more times and both times he came the day we called. He gave us excellent service and good advice on how to eliminate our problems.

We have had Bill do our plumbing and heating repair work for the past 5 years. He has never disappointed us. He comes when he says he will and he does this day or night weekdays and weekends. The rate is always reasonable and no extra charges, no matter what time or day you have the service. He carries most repair parts that are necessary, so that he can fix what is wrong with no delay. He has repaired our furnace, our hot water heater, and a frozen water pipe that burst His quick pace, professional demeanor, and sense of humor are all part of the package but the fact that he is so reliable, knows exactly what needs to be done and can do it immediately is the reason that we can and do recommend Bill to our friends. Thanks Bill.

I had a leak in my bathroom, they came the same day at the time they said, haven't had a problem since. They are very nice and took my problem seriously. I would recomend them to anyones who has any plumbing problem.
