I started using Bill"s shortly after he opened in 2001, he has always been there for me or my friends and family. From the time my son flushed a toy down the toilet to the time my downstairs drains were backing up on a holiday while we had a full house of guests.Upon arrival Bill protected our carpets and went to work pulling the toilet, snaking the main sewer pulling out roots. When he was finished he cleaned the bathroom better than I could. That alone was way more than I expected. Bill or Jason have always answered our calls for help. They feel more like our friends than just our plumber.

The winter of 2010-2011 was freezing cold. This particular evening we had winds coming out of Hellgate Canyon. It was 11:30 pm & the furnace went out, no heat. I called several contractors in town & Bill's 24 Hr Plumbing & Heating was the only one that had a person answer & it was Bill himself that answered. I told him the temperature was dropping rapidly in the house & was afraid the water pepes would also freeze. He told me not to worry," I'm on my way." Within 30 minutes he was here & I was pleasantly surprised to find out the repair parts were on his truck & he fixed the furnace immediately.He showed professionalism & respect for my home by putting on shoe covers over his boots to protect my carpet. What surprised me the most is he did not charge me for overtime. He said, "Nights & weekends are no extra charge". I would recommend Bill's 24 Hr Plumbing & Heating to anyone.Thanks BillL Minor
