We love Kool Smiles! My 4 year old wasn't in the mood to have her teeth done, they talked to her and calmed her down. The time they took with her and the understanding was great. Thank you.

I took my kids to Kool Smiles in Monroe today for their first appointment. Every one on their staff was very friendly, and were very good with the kids. the hygienist Laura was very educational when teaching them how to properly brush and floss. The Dental Assistants Chela and Emily were very understanding of our needs and worked well with the kids. The check in out at the front desk was very pleasant thanks to Jasmin. i will be bring my kids back for their future dental needs.

They have an awesome staff who really goes above and beyond to meet patients needs. They exceed in teamwork and always have made my daughter feel welcome! We will definitely be coming back!!

I had the worst experience ever at Kool Smiles in Monroe, LA yesterday with my two daughters (15 yr old and 3 yr old). We had an appt for 4pm. We got there at 3:50pm. We sat in the waiting room for 5 mins. Got called to the back and waited on the 'doctor' for 20 mins. The 'doctor/girl' they sent to take care of my daughter was maybe 20 or 21 probably not even out of college. They were not prepared at all for what my 3 yr old was there for. She was supposed to be getting a cavity filled between her top two front teeth. They gave her a shot to numb the area. Then they strapped her down to this back board thing, which I was fine with. Next, the started the hour and a half torture on my 3 yr old. They could not find a cap to fit her baby teeth after trying at least 10 different ones varying from size and color. After that hour and a half they finally decided that they were not going to be able to help her and referred us to another doctor. So then I preceded to unstrap my daughter and pick her up and get her out of there. I was so upset. Three hours later, my 15 yr old tells me that her tooth that they had filled a cavity in broke when she was eating a slice of pizza. Needless to say we will not be returning to this place and they will be hearing from me if I don't hear from them after they see this, if they do.

I haven't been to dentist in yrs and they were very patient with me. The staff took time to answer questions I have had also would check to see if I was experienceing any pain and let me have a break. I really enjoy their work. Thanks for your work Laura and Chela

We waited over an hour for the dentist to not even attempt to look in my 2 year olds mouth! And then she said there was nothing she could do for my 5 year old and referred him to another local dentist! Huge waste of time! I was very disappointed!

Employees are really good with the kids, the environment makes the kids really comfortable and they know how to interact with kids!

This place is horrible! Every appt. we waited hours!!! They lost files, my daughter waited so long to get a filling, they had to numb her again, the staff is rude and have no idea what is going on! I felt like my kids were a experiment. After that experience I now have trouble getting my daughter to go to ANY dentist!!! Thanks a lot "cool smiles". What a joke.
