Provided by YP.comWhen a mid-afternoon annual service call turned up a crack in the heat exchange unit, the service repairman patiently explained the problem to me until I understood the situation. I decided to replace the furnace and with 15 minutes Pat arrived to review the problem and my decision. He and Drew had not been gone an hour when the truck with my new furnace arrived. Drew and Cody worked until 8:00 that evening completing the job. All four men were professional, exceptionally able to communicate and worked efficiently and carefully.And they played with my exuberant Lab pup in passing.
I could not be more pleased with my experience with Air Comfort Solutions - and it was made even better when Jason White stopped by with a signed football and spent a few minutes in conversation about the service and football. A+ all the way.

Provided by YP.comThis is a good company, but.. it does depend on the tech that comes out so be a little leary. First guy that came out 10/21/2011, didn't check the unit very thoroughly and said it needed the one part to get working again. The guy that came out a few hours later said he replaced a 2nd part that was also bad and was missed by the first guy. Recommended replacing a 3rd part but didn't offer any other suggestions or explanations. Furnace went out again less than 2 months later, called another company to come check it out but after waiting 6 days for them to decide if they were going to show or not, we decided to go back to Air Comfort. They sent someone out that day(12/14/2011), less than 2 hours after I called, and this tech was amazing!! Great people skills, very friendly and lots of explanations. We ended up having to replace the furnace altogether(was done the next morning), which should have been done in Oct instead of just "fixed" but, all in all I would definitely send friends and family to this company... With the suggestion to cross your fingers that you get a good tech! Thanks for fixing us up so quickly!!

Provided by YP.comMy heat went out in the middle of winter during the snow days. I called them because of the coupon in the back of the phone book. The guy came out said the furnace needed to be replaced. Feeling like my back was against the wall, with no heat and below 0 temps and with them ready to get the job done the next morning I went ahead and agreed to let them do it. By the way, they didn't honor the coupon from the phone book saying "you're already getting a good deal".
They came out the next day, no phone call, just showed up and replaced the furnace. When the city inspector came out to inspect, there was a minor repair that needed to be done. Already upset that I had to take time from work to have the furnace initially put in and have the inspector come out, I now had to waste more time for them to fix something that should of been done right in the first place. Requested a saturday morning for the repair, got a call on fri that it would be sat between 1-4, they didn't show up until 700 pm!! No apology, just time wasted I'll never get back. Makes me leary about any service calls. Needless to say, I'm not very thrilled with them not respecting my time.

Provided by YP.comI have had Air Comfort Solutions out 3 times in the last month. The first gentleman that came to our house told us our unit was shot and needed replaced (ac unit is 1 year old, furnace is old but worked all winter without a problem. The next day a different man came to our house and he stated all that it needed was more Freon. He added the Freon and stated it should be fixed ($89 charge plus about $50 for Freon). Not two weeks later our unit froze up again (same problems as before) we called out again and he said that the leaves around the unit had caused the problem and cleaned those up, then left the $89 service charge to come out. We called again that afternoon because the unit was still not cooling our house. He came out again and said that it needed Freon (he told my wife it did not need Freon when he checked it at noon) now it is suddenly about a pound low at 6:30pm. Took his word for it even though I keep asking him to check for a leak or see if the A-coil needs cleaned/replaced. He never once went in the attic or looked at the furnace. It is now 3-13-2010 and I don't have the unit freezing up but I have my thermostat set to 74 and the best it can do is 78. I will try to have them out again to check all of the system instead of paying $89 each time for them to just patch it and not tell me what is really going on. It is like having a mechanic change your oil but not telling you that you have a hole in your oil pan.

Provided by YP.comThe service personnel were friendly, fast and efficient. Our heating unit went out on Saturday night. They arrived Sunday morning and installed a new heating system within 3 hours. Thanks for coming out on a Sunday and not charging an outrageous price. I would definitely recommend Air Comfort Solutions to anyone needing heating or air service.

Provided by YP.comI called ACS after having a horrible experience with another company. First the guy on the phone was very helpful. He said he could have someone out between 10am and 2pm... great since I called after 10am! He then called to let me know someone was on his way.
Once the guy got here he was very professional and polite. Both my fridge and AC went out while I was on a weeks vacation out of state. Of course it was hot here in OK so my house smelled of death and was about 90 degrees inside. Poor guy acted like it was no biggie. He fixed the AC within about 20 minutes. Explained exactly what he did. He even went as far as to tell me there were coupons in the phone book to save money! I will never call anyone else. I was really worried after my last experience that I would get the same rude treatment I got before, but it was night and day. I called at about 10:30am, my landlord called about an hour later with approval and my AC was totally fixed by 1.
