Great experience! Everything from dealing with the GEICO agent, to the shop manager & staff was top notch. I swerved to miss a deer and instead, slammed my truck into a tree. There was well over $9000 in damage!! They got me a rental (which my insurance paid for), and told me it would take about 2 weeks to repair. After several visits to their shop to check on progress (they were always acomodating) my truck was back in my driveway. They even repaired a few dings in the side that were not from the accident... at NO EXTRA CHARGE!!! These guys were very courteous and professional. I'd recommend them highly.

very happy! I dont have geico insurance, but they said this shop is one of their prefered shops...so I agreed to use them. My car looked like they did a brand new paint job on it...I even asked if they did, but they didn't lol. Don even met me there on saturday even though they were closed to help me out. I would recommend to anyone and made sure they did other work besides geico stuff. Big thanks to true quality collision.

had my car in over a year ago, they replaced my door. just went back to the shop with an issue with my window...Don took it right in and had it fixed while I waited in the lobby on the couch. They honored their word and took care of it for me. I would recommend them to anyone.

I was hesitant about taking my brand new Audi A7 to a shop that I had never heard of, especially since I was being referred there by the other guys insurance. Well skepticism turned to extreme satisfaction as I was treated with respect and a friendly staff to help me through this mess. Allstate turned out to be great to deal with also, I am actually going to get a quote from them on my new Audi! All in all True Quality turned an awful experience pleasant for me and I couldn't be happier with the results!

I resently had repairs done at the moraine TQC. I was kind of worried about leaving my car at a shop I've never been to before, but Allstate ensured me that I was in great hand.. and let me say they were right! From the time I walked into the shop and greeted with a smile, to picking up my car looking like it never had been wrecked. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone and everyone!

they did a great job on my car. I have a brand new vette...and it still looks that way.

had my car in to fix the right side of the front bumper...they ended up fixing the whole thing at no extra charge and it looks like new. They really took care of us.

had my car repaired there . office was great ( ron and don ) . the repairs looked great , color match was good even though my car is older and the paint on the other panels that was not related to the accident was faded . would send my family and freinds there .

Took it in to have my rear bumper replaced....they did it while i waited in the lobby, was amazed how fast and easy they made it.

I recently had my vehicle repaired at True Quality Collision, and the repair facility environment in my opinion was a(n) expierence I will NOT soon forget. The shop's work was not only outstanding quality, but the employees were the MOST professional group of people I have ever ran across in a body shop environment. I highly recommend TQC, and hopefully I never have to be involved in another accident where I need to have repairs done to my vehicle, but if I do, I KNOW exactly where I will take my car for repairs.

I was refered by Gieco insurance had reservations about leaving my car . I was kept well informed by manager Don and Ron overall an excellent experience. Was not thrilled with gieco using aftermarket but all looked good. I would recomend using this shop if refered .

read a lot of bad reviews about this place, I wasn't going to leave my car because i was worried that i would have trouble. I left it because i was told it was guaranteed for as long as I owned my car. I picked up today and was really pleased. I would give them another chance again.

Had my hai damadge repaired here . The job did take a little while but 10,000 cars were damaged . Lets be realistic they got my car in for repairs better then most shops could do. When i got my car back it looked amazing . I will never go anywhere else this is my shop . they are amazing
