Provided by YP.comAvoid it like the plague! They asked for a star rating, and we only gave it a one because we had to make a choice. If we could, we would rate them a big fat 0 !
We too, took our car there for repairs from hailstorm damage. We chose them because they were recommended by our insurance company, and also a news clip on WHIO-TV. We dropped off the car on June 9, 2011. Initial estimate was for $4200.00, and stated 6 days for repairs. After 3 weeks, and no word from them, I phoned and was told car was in the paint booth and they would contact us when ready. Another week went by and I phoned and was told it was in PDR. I would have thought that should have been first? We were notified that upon closer examination they had to include more repairs which put the total repairs to over $5700.00. We were told the car needed a new top and that was the reason for one of the many delays. Anyway, long story short...we drove down there and the car hadn't been touched...was still sitting in the back lot. After many lies, trips to pick it up when "ready, "and many new chips, scratches, over spray and much aggravation, we went to pick up our car Sept 6, 2011, and it still was not right, but we took possession of it out of pure helplessness. Oh, and they said at that time that it didn't have a new top, only PDR, dent removal. These people are totally incompetent, they lie, and their customer service skills are nil. Our 100% guarantee... Anyone need toilet tissue? That's probably what it's worth. We intend to pursue this further, but wanted to add our two cents worth here. I am a very patient person, but believe me, they tested mine to the limit, and I actually began to get ill over this ordeal. Please save yourself a lot of aggravation, and go anyplace but here!

Provided by YP.comTrue Quality does not know how to treat their employees. Any company with any good business sense knows that happy employees make happy customers, miserable employees means poor performance. Take care of your own and you wouldn't have all these bad reviews. Geico, my advice to you, pull out while you can - this is a sinking ship. If you are a potential customer and are considering taking your car there, don't - they will lie to you and make promises they can't keep. To all the administrative staff and owners at True Quality - remember what comes around goes around - Good luck in the future - NOT!!
wow sinking ship 9 locations and growing. I believe you were fired because of the complaints on your vehicles. Good luck to whoever you work for now.

Provided by YPmobileI took my vehicle in for repairs and it came out with more damage than it initially had! Do your research - they do not respond to BBB complaints and as you can tell their reviews are not go great. Poor quality, poor customer service... they supposedly have a 100% guarantee. I can tell you right now they don't honor it. My car will be taken elsewhere to be fixed after letting them attempt to clean up their mess twice. It's too much to deal with. Do your research!
Please take there advice check us on BBB . It proves these are just cmpetitors trying to hurt us Thank You

Provided by YP.comI agree with the post above. I went to TQC for hail damage repair and I'm assuming there was a miscommunication somewhere during the scheduling .I was greeted by the receptionist and she did not have me scheduled for repair. The scheduling of my appointment had occured months before. As I spoke with the receptionist and gave her my paperwork, the Moraine store manager reviewed my paperwork and explained to me that he had several paint jobs and my hail damage repair would not be complete for 3 or 4 weeks. I then proceeded to call my insurance company to see what they suggested, the Moraine store manger proceeded to ask me "who was I calling". I stated my insurance and he continued to tell me that "I was more than welcome to take my car elsewhere and that I had an attitude." I emailed corporate. The general manager of the company and the owner of the company called me,and was extremely apologetic for what occured and assured me that there would be consequences for his actions. Later during the week a co worker called to have something scheduled and I found out that the Moraine store manager still worked at this establishment after treating a potential customer with such disrespect. This place promises so much, but cannot deliver.

Provided by YP.comAfter my car was nearly destroyed in a major hail storm at the end of May, I took my car to TQC because that's where my insurance adjuster told me to take it and have it evaluated. The vehicle was estimated at having approximately 8K worth of damage, and I was told it would take 23 days to fix the car. So I trusted Geico and left my car with these folks. They seemed nice, and offered to pick up the cost of my rental car in order to retain my business.
It was a bad idea from the word "go." I realize there was a large volume of damaged vehicles from this storm, but what they put me through was a nightmare. First they asked if my car could be towed from their Moraine location to the one in Loveland, because the Moraine location was loaded with cars. I agreed. However, I later learned my car wasn't taken to that location until a full week or more after I'd dropped the car off.
Initially, Geico said that all of the following needed to be replaced: hood, roof, front and rear bumper covers, two doors, all quarter panels, and both roof rails. However, the ONLY thing that was actually replaced on the car was the hood. The rest was repaired due to trouble getting parts from Japan after the tsunami, which is the only part of this debacle I can understand and forgive.
I went to pick my car up at the end of July in Miamisburg, where the Loveland location decided to take it after they finished working. First off, Miamisburg was never even mentioned before. It's just like they decided to dump it off there. When I first saw it, my heart sank. The car had huge buffer swirls all over it and was still coated in loads of compound. The interior was destroyed, with white dust EVERYWHERE from them not keeping it covered in the shop or bothering to clean it up afterward. The dust was in the doors, the dash, the seats, the carpet, and every other crevice you could think of. There were still dents in the roof and on the back hatch that hadn't been pulled. There was primer over-spray and compound in every door jam. The car was a complete train wreck, and this was something they called FINISHED. I refused to take the car, and contacted Rob, the general manager.
Rob was extremely nice and apologetic. He promised to get it right if I allowed him to bring it to the location he was working at in Vandalia. I trusted he would get things done, and allowed that. He said it would take approximately another week, maybe slightly longer. They ended up having to repaint the ENTIRE car, because they'd done such a poor job the first time. They then sent the car to Ziebart to be detailed, because they'd left it in such a mess.
Today is August 7th, more than two months after the date I dropped off my car with Rob. Mind you, I was initially quoted 23 days for the work to be done. There are still minor issues with the finished product, but the thought of dealing with this company again is making me sick to my stomach.
Let's list the things that are still wrong with the car after more than two months and two attempts to get it right. 1. The spoiler has hunks of dirt that were painted on and can be seen and felt. 2. There is still primer over-spray in two of the door jams. 3. The rear-view mirror is loose from the windshield being replaced. 4. There is still wax all over the place. 5. There are a few scratches down to the bare metal. 6. The interior did NOT come completely clean (I'd venture to say it never will). My seat is basically permanently white. 7. There is still compound in spots inside, which I will be cleaning myself. 8. The seals for the windshield are not properly placed. 9. There is a round felt piece missing from the cup holder in the middle console. Cost of repair? 10 grand. Disgusting.

Provided by YP.comI LIVE IN THE CINCINNATI AREA, AND WAS INVOLVED IN AN AUTO ACCIDENT IN SOUTH DAYTON. AFTER CONTACTING MY INSURANCE COMPANY, I WAS INTRODUCED TO TRUE QUALITY COLLISION. I WAS NOT ONLY IMPRESSED WITH THE PROFESSIONALISM. I WAS OVERWHELMED WITH THE SERVICE PROVIDED. I WAS OFFERED BOTTLED WATER, COFFE OR SODA. THAT'S A FIRST FOR ME AT A BODY SHOP. THE PLACE WAS CLEAN AND WELL MAINTAINED. AND ABOVE ALL, MY CAR WAS READY BEFORE THE ESTIMATED DAY. THAT MEANS A LOT FOR A PERSON LIKE ME ON THE GO. I DON'T EVER WANT TO HAVE ANOTHER ACCIDENT, BUT IF I DO, I WILL BRING IT BACK TO THEM. BY THE WAY, I WAS INFORMED THAT THEY ARE UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT. DON (MGR) AND RONN (ESTIMATOR) GIVE GREAT SERVICE...KEEP UP THEGOOD WORK GUYS

Provided by YP.comGeico suggested this shop for my repairs, I wasn't sure because I heard bad things about an insurance company that does work with a shop. I took it anyway because of the lifetime guarantee on the work and they assured me I would be happy. I was really pleased in the end. The insurance adjuster and the shop did everything and all I had to do was drop my car off and leave in the rental. In a couple of days I was able to pick my car up and I wasn't even able to tell what was fixed! I would deffinently recommend.

Provided by YP.comI took my car to True Quality Collision....
They had a rental car waiting for me, wrote an estimate as I waited, and took my car in the shop right away. I had to have a new front bumper and fender replaced. They had it done in 2 days and i couldn't even tell it had been fixed. The whole process was so easy and painless. Great Job!

Provided by YP.comIf you need body work done to your car, I would highly suggest that you do not take your car here. I was recommended to them though my insurance company which i will not name. The work was done and less than a week later my car needed to go back in because the manager failed to look over his employees work and they left wires exposed. Their customer service skills, are very poor, especially when it comes to calling the customer back with details and updates on your vehicle. Since these things happened they tried to make it up by throwing in some extras, which they have not held there end of the bargin. Over all a bad experience for me. It really makes me unsure of the quailty of work done to the entire car now. It hasnt caught fire yet but ive only had it back for 4 days. If it does ill be sure to post another review.
